Black White Supremacist and the N-Word Family both brought tears to my eyes. I also love the Internet IRL sketch, the GTA one, Wackarnolds, Tupac's club song...the list goes on. Combine it with his numerous stand-ups and you'll have plenty to get through.
EDIT: Forgot The Racial Draft and the I Know Black People game show. Man, it's crazy how many funny things he did in just a few years.

I've really never been into the show, so I'll just single out the only two segments I can think of I do actively enjoy, the race draft and Wayne Brady.

What's interesting about the Rick James episode documentary is that there's multiple parts people tend to isolate rather than just one or two.
Mine was "I give them titties FOUR thumbs down!" and, naturally, this.
