This movie really needs Nuclear Man, Selena from the Supergirl Movie, and that weird Pig/Baboon monster Dr. Arcane turns into at the end of Swamp Thing as the lead villains.

Andy really better hope that Gunn and Safran don't decide to make that decision for him. Or that Ezra doesn't decide to do more crimes.
Anyway, there's already a better Flash actor than Miller and his name is Grant Gustin.

If you can recast Superman and Batman, you can recast the Flash. And the tone of this characterization the Flash is annoying without Ezra's personal bullshit involved. I don't want any of what Andy's smoking. Barry Allen in name only really. I imagine this Flash won't be recast because the next time we see a Flash, it'll be a new version of the character. Same way that each Batman is new. They're never recasts but reboots. |

Did Ezra play the character that well?
Like, I am not too familiar with the Flash, but it was just a bog standard performance to me.
It was hardly Hugh Jackman as Wolverine or Viggo Mortensen style where it was perfection and anybody following is gonna be nowhere near as good.
It was more Halle Berry as Storm or Tobey Maguire as Spidey, good but replaceable.

People just want to see Keaton as Batman from what ive gathered. And so do I. Maybe im not down with current celebrity biz as apart from this thread I've never heard of Eriz Millar and what he's done.
Sure people have forgiven Tyson and isn't Mel Gibson nearly there too?

It's an asinine suggestion that anybody who took issue with Miller essentially getting away with multiple counts of assault, trespassing, breaking and entering, and theft completely scot-free is going to forgive him based on one performance in a movie. Like, most of those people still haven't forgiven Miller for their previous performances as the character. |

Probably stated this many times, but it sucks Miller sucks so much because I do want to see this movie. Flash is my 2nd favorite comic book hero and seeing Keaton again in the suit will be a blast. Plus the fact a lot of people have been praising it makes me interested in it. But because Miller is unhinged as hell, my interest is just dead for it as a whole.

I'm going to put a bit of a tin-foil hat on some of the comments about them being great and being the only one to play that character in that they can turn around and be like "Eh, well, the universe got rebooted after his movie so everything gotten changed and we have to reflect that, oh well!" because it feels really like it's contractual obligation somehow.
Like, I could be extremely wrong but if a guy like Jason Mamoa, who people really like as Aquaman, isn't going to be playing Aquaman in the Gunnverse, I can't see Miller sticking around either.
EDIT: Also, just like I felt for Leslie Grace with Batgirl, I really feel for Sasha Calle in all this. Being the first depiction of Supergirl on the big screen for decades and being roped into shit she has no control over. It wasn't like she was going to get another movie from it but it's just shit it's being marred in all that.
