...Shoots hard, get it?
Anyway. Between replying to my tweet the other day by calling Primo 'fantastic', and calling out Nia Jax, Tye is rising up in my ranks. Here's the link to the tweet since I can't seem to embed it. I'm actually conflicted about this, though. On one hand, Nia is in fact always pushed and she's not very good. On the other hand, WWE's issues with race are very real and very layered and I'm not sure it's the best look for a white guy to come after that. (Even if, just addressing Nia, he's right.) On the most reasonable, rational hand: WWE's social media team should have included a photo of Ember Moon in their original tweet to avoid Nia's shade.

Nia’s comments have little to do with her push. She’s just calling out the fact that there are a lot of women conspicuously left off those photos and I can’t disagree with her at all.
Unless he’s working, it seems completely out of bounds for Dillinger come after Nia on this one. Just my .02

...the f*** is TYE DILLINGER of all people doing coming after her for this? Much less for something that wasn't even about her specifically? He might as well have just tweeted PWEASE SIR MAY I HAVE SOME TV TIME.
Wrestlers on Twitter is a gift.

This is just dumb from Dillinger. Her tweet wasn't about being underpushed or whatever, it was about WWE only featuring white women in their tweet about the best of 2018. Like, there's a lot to get on Nia about, but Tye should have stayed in his lane.

Dude’s apparently been rehabbing a hand injury since October, but it’s not like he’d have much of a shout for getting TV time even if he was 100%.

I mean to be fair, I think he only did that because his girlfriend Peyton made it on here.
To be honest, neither is really wrong here? In the end, it’s just some twitter post that won’t matter in the long run. Although they were gonna put a woman of color on there, it’d be Naomi or Ember, and if they were gonna take any picture off it’d be the Peyton/Billie one.

Tye needs to shut the f*** up with this one. Regardless of what you feel about Nia she won the title at WM this year, you've got Asuka who's won the title, Naomi's been doing her thing, Sasha's still dope, there's a lot more than that pic. I don't see how anyone can disagree with Nia's post.
And the last time I saw Tye he was getting his shit kicked in by Nakamura AND Joe when they were losing the most. He's the last guy that needs to be talking about someone being out of action.
We don't see you bruh, we don't see you.

Although they were gonna put a woman of color on there, it’d be Naomi or Ember, and if they were gonna take any picture off it’d be the Peyton/Billie one. I mean, I doubt whoever made that tweet was doing that with the explicit mindset of “Oh, only show the white women”. They were showing what they thought was the coolest stuff that the women did, and it’s hard to disagree with most of it (The shot of Lynch covered in blood? No-brainer. Flair and Rousey from Survivor Series? Obvious enough. Carmella after cashing-in Money In The Bank? Makes sense. And... The IIconics for some reason? I love them, but they barely did shit this year. That’s where you can put in, like, Asuka winning the Rumble or Jax winning the belt at WrestleMania, those are just bigger moments before you even take into account any possible race thing). The way that WWE book their racial minority talents, that’s a separate situation beyond the social media guy. It’s hard to say Jax gets too much of a raw deal, after all she won the RAW women’s belt at WrestleMania, has been in that mix all year and has generally been treated better than someone of her ability probably should be, but it always feels nice to get talked up a bit. And there was no real need for Dillinger to throw in his two cents, it really didn’t have anything to do with him.

Besides the fact that Tye should have kept his gob firmly shut on this one, why is there a picture of a turd as the left hand pic on his account?
Tye, in kayfabe and in wrestling skills, you ain't the shit, you are just shit.

Ehhhhhhhh. Nia was kind of in the collage, since without her being a colossal f***up, we wouldn’t have that legendary image of Becky. Other than that... I mean... Naomi won the Mania battle royal that ultimately ended up being completely pointless. I guess you could have included that? Or maybe Ember Moon’s debut? Good message from Nia, wrong messenger. Especially since of the four pics they chose for the tweet, the one of the IIconics is the most replaceable. In which case she’s punching down, because it’s not like they have anything else to hang their hat on. If it was anyone other than Nia saying it, it would have been more well received. Of course I say that, and then I remember the contempt a lot of internet folks seem to have for Sasha nowadays, so I could be wrong there too. I’m not buying what Tye is selling at all though.

Given she won the first women's TLC match and became champion for the first time you figured she'd be there but nope. And won the first-ever Women’s Rumble. It’s a lesson in implicit bias, it feels like, that Billie and Peyton just standing around counted for more than that.

Just to be completely fair, the picture of the IIconics is from when they debuted, murdered Charlotte, and then Carmella cashed in MITB. Not saying it’s bigger than what Asuka did (it isn’t) but it isn’t a meaningless moment either.

This isn't a good look for the company and an even worse look for Tye.
There's no way you can argue Peyton and Billie being on this tweet ahead of Asuka. Ridiculous.

I knew where the photo was from but I was intentionally minimizing it because it mattered not so much in the end. People remember Carmella cashing in. The Iiconics are sadly jobbers who lost their edge after just one episode. I can't wait for next week when Tyler Breeze tweets that Sami Zayn should stay home cause real workers get excited for this business brother. If you said Ziggler, I’d believe it.
