I was watching the episode where Mountie brought out the "Super Shockstick" and used it on Sgt. Slaughter, crazy stuff back then.

For the first time in years, I rewatched the Berzerker trying to stab the Undertaker through the heart and narrowly missing. For a cartoony era, it certainly had some crazy shit.

Notes on editing: 5-16-1992: The beginning of Update is missing. It just goes straight to the footage from the 5-9 episode of the Mountie/Slaughter angle. 6-20-1992, 6-27-1992: Clips of 6-13 World Bodybuilding Federation PPV are removed. 7-18-1992: Clips during Update of UK news broadcasts talking about SummerSlam have been removed. 10-10-1992: A video package about WWF wrestlers at a fundraiser for Gilda's Club, named after Gilda Radner, is gone. The video included clips of Radner on SNL. 11-28-1992, 12-5-1992: 2 commercials on each episode for WrestleMania 9 tickets are missing. There is very inconsistent editing of WBF Body Stars ads in May/June. Sometimes they're intact, sometimes they've been cut. Also, unless I've missed it, no entrance music has been replaced. So, we can't buy Wrestlemania 9 tickets, anymore??? I, for one, am heartbroken that I cannot watch a classic like Undertaker/Giant Gonzalez from ringside.

This is an amazing upload. Its hard to get more 1992 than the Nasty Boys, The Mountie and Sensational Sherri awkwardly doing a Rockettes-like kick line.

The quality is (of course) sensational! Some 1991 episodes aired on 24/7, so hopefully they'll come next.

Watching the first one uploaded, hello Buck “Zumhoff”. Surprised they hired him after his conviction.

Seeing the promo for the Ice Cream bars makes me wonder... "Where, oh where are my ice cream bars?"

So, because my brother's been watching old clips on YouTube, and they sent me a deal for two months for 99 cents, I decided to take up on the offer because I want to see 1992 Superstars.
And I need to know... is Warrior throwing up on the Network? I wanna watch.

They were just showing this and it’s just so absurd. I imagine getting the complete context of the angle will make sense of it.

First match I see is High Energy! 8 year old me is f***ing all over these.
Gonna have these on in front of my kids and see if they'll watch these with me from the beginning starting next weekend. Hopefully I can get em back to enjoying wrestling with this stuff.

You know there's something to be said for these short bite size matches made to highlight wrestlers. Jobber matches in this style should totally still be a thing.

gonna give these a shot i’ve never gone back and watched these shows since they originally aired as i was more a fan of wrestling challenge during this period cause atleast that had Gorilla & Heenan. My memories from being a child are that superstars was never the same after Jesse left and they tried to replace him with random people like Piper,Neidhart,Honky,Savage, perfect and it just didn’t click.

I always preferred WWF squash matches over wcw ones cause wcw had such pathetic and terrible jobbers and you’d go 6 months in between good squash matches.

These are so much fun. At just 45 minutes each, it's quick match-promo-promo-quick match and just a fun dose of nostalgia that doesn't wear out its welcome at all.
Plus, the audience reaction shots of all the styles of 1992 are just tremendous!

Pretty much they established his new babyface run post-WM by having him work short programs with various established heels, the longest of which was probably with Kamala.
