POLKA DOTS! IT WAS A RIB BRUCE YOU DICK RIDING YES MAN! You okay buddy? Got something against riding dicks? Okada long tights is my contribution. It was a joke King Mo did in bellator and tna. There’s nothing wrong about riding dicks but dick riding is when you’re a flunkie, and that’s bitch made.

Bret Hart wearing all black everything towards the end of his WWF run and through his WCW days. I liked it better when he'd wear pink tights with a black singlet or all pink. Owen Hart switching from pink and black to orange, purple, silver and other weird colors (the black and yellow look was ok though). Val Venis going from purple and silver trunks and long hair to a bland crew cut and white trunks. Killed his gimmick IMO.

Cool vampire dude vs Some f***ing guy (Also of note that they kicked him back down to OVW for being mad at this change, then started billing him as his real name and fired him after a week for being mad at THAT)

Kane going from being almost fully clothed to anything less. I know with Kane and Taker that the “canon” storyline seemingly changed on a weekly basis but when the whole fire gimmick is because Kane was apparently covered in burns and then bit by bit he showed more flesh with zero scars or burns, it killed the character. Fortunately, Glen Jacobs was able to make Kane more than just a gimmick so he just became a generic monster that was still over.

Cant believe they didnt have the foresight at the time to think, "what if we ever have to address the fact he isn't burnt?". If I remember correctly I think Bruce may have said they didnt know if Kane would be long term, but dear Lord what a GIANT plot hole. Oh it was "mental" scarring... ok... But from a viewer standpoint, Kane became less and less intimidating over the years as he revealed more flesh. Matter of fact, once they used his inverted color scheme (black on red) they should have stuck with that. Dude looked like a serial killer.

Whenever someone changes their original attire for something generic. HHH, Jericho, etc. Personally, the only costume change I think I liked was Randy Savage and that was just because he still stood out.

Neon Cowboy Randy Savage. Even the Apter Mags said the same. I had heard that was to hide how much muscle tone he’d lost.

William Regal's 1930's styled women's bathing suit gear. I sympathise that the guy (or perhaps WWE) maybe was feeling a little self conscious about the shape of his upper body. But there's better ways of hiding that than this. A basic singlet gives you the same support and coverage for example. See? Much better.

My two go-tos are: Snitsky in his bald, yellow teeth phase, and when Big Daddy V stopped wearing a shirt and started wearing the little singlet where you could see his rolls of fat. I’d change the channel whenever either of them came on, because I was legit grossed out.
I love neon cowboy Randy Savage, and will hear no bad words about it.

Another vote for Neon Cowboy Savage. I think the star trunks were much cooler.
Triple H when he started wearing the coloured trunks. Purple, red, etc all looked terrible.
Punk when he started growing his hair out again and have the wolverine beard. Looked lazy.

Joker Sting and those glitter encrusted, purple jackets he wore in his WM match with Triple H. I get that Steve Borden felt The Crow look had worn out after 20 years, but there is no denying how iconic and powerful it was. And especially when he came to WWE after they had released the video game and a string of merchandise all based on Crow Sting, why not go out using the look fans know best?

I haven’t liked Daniel Bryan’s jet black trunks and boots lately. I get that’s the idea behind the character, to be less flashy and more hateable, but the maroon/white gear and Seahawks gear are more interesting to look at during matches.
That one time Dolph Ziggler had short brown hair and his personality was stapled down.

I actually prefer Taz on his 2001 era outfit as opposed to the singlet. I can't take Taz seriously when he wears that. I also prefer the cowboy era Randy Savage and think it makes him look more like a star. I agree with Raven wearing a kilt... That made me turn on him. Lance Storm wearing trunks too. No, just no. My first thought was Chris Benoit. I loved his 2000 era tights. I think looks far better than the boring tights he wore later. Also Bray Wyatt wearing his own T-Shirts. What a loser.

Beth Phoenix in fishnet and skirts in 2011. She also would wear the pants but with plain material looked awful. She was better in leather/pvc look she had in 2009. The skirts she wore in 2007 had her still looking badass I think because she had no fishnets.

I hated Repo Man's weird singlet he wore for a short period of time.
