Yeah, AEW would be well-advised to consider signing her up.
That said, with AEW in play, does WWE give her what would technically be a third chance?

I'd say she was a loss, but beyond sticking her in Lifeblood for no good reason, they really didn't do that much with her.

I can’t stop staring at those weird little f***ing half gloves she’s wearing. Those are so stupid looking, who does her wardrobe?
EDIT: Between the gloves and the painted on Sharpie eyebrows, I feel I’m no longer a fan of her

I just have a feeling she randomly shows up at the women’s battle royal at Mania next week...

Women of Honor has been even more embarrassing than 205.

I've been a big fan of Tenille/Emma since she turned heel in WWE and switched to her current look but even I can't say this is a big loss for ROH nor will she be some big gain for any other promotion. There's a lot of untapped potential with her in that she's pretty good in the ring and has a cool look but she's also super injury prone. She's been sidelined by injury three times in less then as many years which from a durability standpoint is pretty concerning to say the least.
I don't see WWE taking her back as she's hasn't really been gone from there that long and apparently she was cut from there for attitude issues so she probably has more "time on her sentence" before they would bring her back. AEW and Impact both would probably be good options for her push wise as she would have friends in high places in both. Apparently she's friends with both Cody and Brandi and Don Callis is friends with Lance Storm who was her trainer. However even then that won't help her if she can't stay healthy. Not really much any promotion can do with you if you seemingly can't last more then two months without getting injured.

Women of Honor has been even more embarrassing than 205. Across the indies, there are honesty too many bad women’s divisions with weird booking and no interest in making any substantial stories. ROH was somehow worse than ALL of them.

I like Tenille quite a bit and wish she’d have gotten more of a shot in WWE (especially once she became evil Emma), but I’m not sure I’d take a chance on her at this point. She’s been injured a few times now, plus she’s got that psoriasis that can flare up horribly like it did last year.
Hoping for good things for her all the same. Honestly Impact might be a good spot for her right now.
Oh, and Women of Honor continues to be the biggest blunder in wrestling. ROH just does not ever give a f*** about pushing the division.

Yeah, she was out with injuries and I think a Visa issue far more than she was at actual shows. Cannot call it a real loss since she was really around much to begin with. WOH is cursed. I'd say ROH should let it float to Japan and forget it but I doubt that'd work in this day and age. They'd have been better off partnering with one of the established groups but don't know well that would have gone over at home.

How do we live in a world where one of the more progressive women’s division is one where they once put the women’s title on Harvey Whippleman in drag?

How do we live in a world where one of the more progressive women’s division is one where they once put the women’s title on Harvey Whippleman in drag? It’s a problem across the board. I remember someone asking Meltzer about New Japan not having women’s matches and he argued against it saying it would be like stopping an NBA game midway through to let the WNBA players play for a while.

The argument I hear about NJPW doing it, even from people I know who are in the wrestling scene and really progressive, is that it’d be a half hearted gesture and come off badly when there are several women’s promotions in the country who are successful and showcasing talent on the regular. I can see why that does seem a bit weird compared with the American/European scene but then I look at some of the other big indie promotions and how they book talent and...well, they might more right than wrong.

I don't really follow any of the womens wrestling organizations but I do find it odd that WWE is leading the pack when it comes to mixed wrestling rosters. WOH is one of the saddest divisions of any roster, men or women.
I'd take Tenille in AEW, why not. Sucks if she gets injured again any time soon but I think it'd be worth a shot to take her on. She'd probably fit in well in Impact too.

ROH was somehow worse than ALL of them. I think the biggest problem with it was that it was very clear it was just a platform for Delirious and BJ Whitmer to showcase their girlfriend/wife at the expense of the rest of the women who were more over and frankly more talented. ROH had ample opportunity to really take the lead, but the bookers were more worried about making their women happy.
