Starts at 22:15 but I've got it written for you
Co-host #1 - "What did Vince have to say about you guys using his name so much?"
Waltman - "Ooh, well, there was some nervousness about that. Ok cause earlier on and I'm not sure if it was Bret, during Bret's segment, but Bret mentioned Vince a bunch of times. Vince got really hot and I think somebody might have gotten fired. And we went out and said it a million times right? And nobody got fired."
*Co-host #1 is laughing*
Waltman - "It's not funny for the guy who lost his f***ing job. I mean I'm not kidding."
*Co-host #1 stops laughing*
Co-host #1 - "Oh really? Wow."
Waltman - "Yeah. Vince was pissed. I mean I get it, that's a thing for him. It's his company and people go out there and they do that."
Co-host #1 - "But why does the responsibility fall on this guy? He can't stop him from saying-"
Waltman - "I'm not saying it does."
Co-host #2 - "Cause Vince McMahon can't fire Bret Hart."
Waltman - "Yeah. Yeah."
Co-host #1 - "Is it the guy pushing the bleep button to blur names and curse words?"
Waltman - "No."
Co-host #2 - "No it's the guy who's assigned to that segment probably? The assistant or-"
Waltman - "Yes. Yes."
Co-host #3 - "So when you guys went in there did you already know that this had been going on prior?"
Waltman - "Yeah."
Co-host #3 - "Were you guys nervous? What was that feeling to-?"
Waltman - "Our guy Castro. He's the NXT guy right. Produces NXT. Hella creative and all that right. He's great but he was sweating bullets. Like 'you know a guy just got fired right, you guys are gonna say-' I get it man. He doesn't wanna get fired. No one wants him to get fired because he's invaluable around there man. I'm like 'Shawn you go ask him, you're the one who can get away with like anything, f*** you go ask him' and Shawn went and asked him. So Shawn went and asked him and Vince just said 'have fun', so we did and that's great."
UPDATE:
UPDATE ON CREATIVE DEPARTURE
By Mike Johnson on 2019-04-11 11:07:00
As noted earlier today on PWInsider.com, WWE Creative Team member Robert Evans departed World Wrestling Entertainment the night of the WWE Hall of Fame.
While the story making the rounds among those in the company over the past 48 hours is that Evans was let go after Vince McMahon's name was mentioned during a Hall of Fame speech Evans was involved in producing, it was actually a "You can't fire me, I quit" scenario.
When it became obvious the company was going to terminate Evans for the issue, he instead quit before being terminated backstage at the WWE Hall of Fame, so his statement this morning is factually correct:
