Sean Ross Sapp who is very reputable was recently asked during a Fightful Select Q&A if The Boss n Hug Connection would stay in WWE or go elsewhere and here’s what he had to say about it, “I see them taking a chance elsewhere if that is AEW, Impact, Japan or wherever else, but WWE will try and persuade them not to go. Sasha was not happy at Wrestlemania and requested her release. Bayley has also been very frustrated ever since the weekend as well, not to the point where she's asking for her release like Sasha but she is miserable. Bayley like Sasha has been sold a bill of goods for a long time and they wasted both of these women's potential incredibly, Bayley was probably the best babyface in the company in her NXT days but that is long gone.”

What? Why in the world would she feel that way?
*looks up her entire main roster run*

Just needs her Snickers.
Seriously, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Good. She hasn't been the same since that Alexa feud. They need to get out of the company if at all possible.

Bayley rules and deserves better. Vince you maniac, you've got to appreciate Bayley (and Sasha) before it's too late!

Kinda surprised honestly. Obviously she's been booked poorly most of her run but she a lot of times just seems happy to be there and living the dream more than Sasha does. I think WWE tries hard to keep her, she moves merch and is great with the PR stuff. That report touches on it but it is interesting to see the cracks showing up with some of the NXT golden children who are probably coming up with an unrealistic expectation of main roster life based on how differently NXT is run. Wonder if we'll start seeing more of that.
Also if they do both leave I hope they end up in different places. I think Sasha and Bayley being so attached at the hip be it as rivals or partners has limited them both in a lot of ways.

When you have a wrestling character on a wrestling show say that they don’t want to hurt another person who wants to hurt you, you might as well take that person out back and shoot them in the head because their career is dead and you have no interest in retooling them at all.

I don't blame her, really. And as much as people point to the Alexa feud as the moment of her downfall, I think it happened before that.
When she won the Women's Title on Raw after interference and kept it. - Being happy with winning "that way" went against her babyface nature. - Being a month and a half from WrestleMania, it could have been delayed until then. - It caused Charlotte's PPV win streak to end at Fastlane when that, too, could have been saved until WrestleMania.
But really, it was that first step. If she gave the title back and said "I want to win it the right way", it would have worked in line with her babyface character. Instead they undermined it then and it's been a free-fall ever since, right through the Alexa Bliss abomination... sorry... "feud", to the "will they, won't they" partnership/feud/partnership/feud/therapy/possible romance with Sasha.
I can see where she's frustrated. Any time she seems to get a little momentum, it's typically undercut.

It may have been more in-character if she did do that, sure, but I believe that point would have been lost in the ether because all the focus would have been on how she didn’t stand up to Stephanie.

Which is why there was no win in that scenario and shouldn’t have happened at all. You either look like a wuss for not standing up to Steph or you degrade your very character for the sake of the pop of standing up to Steph.

WWE is always trying to manufacture these "WrestleMania moments" and here they had one that developed somewhat organically and decided, "nah."

It’s interesting watching her first weeks on the roster as save her being in the Clash of Champions triple threat, they didn’t have many ideas even though she was very over. The lowest point of that period may have been her Dana feud where Dana messed up a pin, Bayley acted injured to cover, and then the next week they got put in an arm-wrestling segment that got loud BORING chants. And that’s not counting her awkward Raw Talk but at HIAC or the teddy bear based feud with Alicia Fox. At least she had that Glasgow moment with the crowd hijacking the show for her and that great Raw main event match with Charlotte just after the Festival of Friendship.

I don’t see where they’re going to go
AEW is the only option for women.
What other company puts as much exposure on women? TNA is dead. I can’t believe they’re actually considering that a possibility

Crowd reaction was very good, personally I loved seeing Bayley win the belt. And her retaining it at WrestleMania was cool too. I see complaints about it on here, but it was in no way a detriment to her career. And some of her fans on here liked it, I sure did. CM Punk won the title with distraction/interference as a babyface, and that is voted one of the best PPVs ever on here at the moment. It happens a lot in WWE, doesn't ruin it for me. RVD's title win, Rollins on Sunday (cheating anyway), these were all great moments. Her burial and bad booking since then is the issue. Can have nitpicks about her title win, but she was still over and that was the height of her career on the main roster.

If she ends up leaving, Vince should have to forfeit the rest of his earnings for the rest of his life for screwing up such a sure thing. I will never forgive him if Bayley goes. Legitimately.

Recently, in my own minor way, I can relate. I work hard at my job, do a pretty good job according to everyone I talk to, am flexible with my schedule, but I see more and more people getting hired and notice that they sometimes get more work than I do, doing the same thing.
It must be worrying when you see these new wrestlers show up on tv as the next big thing every few months or so.

I think Sasha and Bayley being so attached at the hip be it as rivals or partners has limited them both in a lot of ways. The thing about her is that she is all of those things. Great for PR and Merchandise moving. She could legit been the female John Cena as for as star power and a role model for females. Her story rights herself as this hardly working, dreaming to be where she is. Instead she been book like crap and had to take the back seat, just as fast as she was called up. The feud with Alexa making her look so bad killed it. Than having to take a back seat to the next round of call ups and Ronda. Just when her and Sasha had something with the tag titles again WWE pulls the rug from both of them. Sasha I understand why she be so pissed. Had had a number of great matches but the fact she wins a title and never gets to hold on to it and never once retained it in a defense make no sense. I would be pissed too if they keep having me win and right away loss a title repeatedly. Was the other one that was in the first Hell in a Cell match and how quickly that went to the backseat while Charlotte got everything. This is why we are going to see more people become more vocal now because AEW is becoming this greener land. The known money they have and it looks like in a month a big TV deal. More wrestlers are going to see that and see that there big break could be there instead. Before they knew it's the WWE way or no big pay checks and ext. You look at the calls up and how they went from top of the NXT ladder to mostly all middle of the pack on the main roster with little movement. I mean how Asuka went from this mega unbeaten star, to all of sudden losing and not being used. To finally back on stop of smackdown. To out of the Blue Charlotte takes her title just before WM and she subject to the pre show battle royal where of course she loses. For what reason?

I'd argue Bayley has more reason to leave than Sasha. So I don't blame her at all.

I can’t believe they’re actually considering that a possibility Anywhere else where they have more creative freedom that isn't making them look as bad as this is making them. It's more about the WWE structure than anything.
