Considering her husband had the same problems as Ashley had, it's very possible Reby is feeling pretty bad for herself and Matt wondering if something will happen to him in the future. He's gone through some pretty bad things with relationships and other areas of his life and career. He's probably in a pretty good place now but you just never know and his wife may be feeling that way.

I'm not judging Reby personally, and she might feel all of those ways. It's understandable to feel that way. It's just the actions that are a little distasteful is all. One can still exercise restraint and just not say anything just outta courtesy for say Ashleys daughter. Any bad blood isn't that kid's fault.

I can't help but be irked by the people who @'ed Reby over Ashley's death, knowing full well what a tactless heap of crap she is. They knew how she would react and got exactly what they wanted, arseholes upon arseholes.

TMZ is saying she hanged herself ☹️ Ugh, that’s so sad. I was thinking she might have accidentally or purposely overdosed on something but hanging is such a dark way to go. She must have been in a really bad place. I didn’t know her but it just feels so out of the blue, especially when she was just replying to a bunch of fan mail shortly beforehand. I've been in a position to have suicidal thoughts at one time in my life. It can just hit you out of nowhere. You could be in a great mood and have everything going right. Then, in an instant, something could happen and you hit that bottom point. I've only had thoughts, so i can't imagine the point she was at. It really is heartbreaking.

Just sad This could also be the case.

Reby seems to be very unrestrained in her thoughts and she is just being her, for better or worse. Ashley did her wrong in her eyes and doesn't give a f*** what other think about her. I agree she should use some tact as Ashley was a mother and her kid did nothing "wrong", but I can't control another human being.

The hanging and the sadness and the absolute nightmare that was the over seas fiasco..God Damn what an utter tragedy. Seeing Ashley on my tv back in the day who would have thought it’d end like this. Hope she finds peace. And also f*** people trying to instigate reby, f***ing social media.

Many of the former WWE superstars who worked with Ashley (Lita, Trish, Torrie, Victoria, Lillian Garcia, more) started a GoFundMe for Ashley's daughter Lexi and are promoting it on social media: www.gofundme.com/ashleymassarosdaughtereducationalfundI couldn't make it through the whole video, its so sad and touching and you can tell how great of a person Ashley must have been.

That was really tough to get through. I can't imagine what her daughter is going through. By the way, did WWE acknowledge this on Raw and/or Smackdown? I only watched the condensed version of Raw on Youtube and haven't watched Smackdown yet.

She may have gotten one on Raw also, I don't remember.

That is what the brotherhood or sisterhood of wrestling should be all about-taking care of each other in life and even death. All the old false ways or "protecting" the business by hazing or initiating the new roster member need to be replaced by the wrestlers getting together and taking care of each other. But really, it's unfortunately too late and probably has been for decades.

Actually, I DO think there's a decent level of sisterbrotherhood among most of the active wrestlers today, who are all either 'friends' or 'acquaintances' or even 'I'll support you when something good happens for you' which still qualifies as above average and being nice. Really the only two exclusions of this fratsorority are: 1. Some of the bigger big-time wrestlers who only feel the need for a smaller circle. 2. A-hole wrestler people who don't want to be supportive of their fellow man (& woman & etc.)

It's too late for some people, but I think the change is definitely showing its effects and showing the good that can come of it now. Guys like Hall and Roberts being given a second chance at life and getting clean when in past eras they would have continued to self-destruct harder and harder until they became more tragic, early deaths due to substance abuse and nobody really taking the care to get them help. People who have pushed back against the bullying and pushed it out of their locker rooms have created a better space and I think we're going to see the continued benefits of that over time.

I've never met him, but I have a friend that is similar to what he seems like. My buddy is a great person to his friends, but he doesn't make friends easy. He doesn't like letting people "in". When I talk to people that don't know him, they think he is extremely cold and a jerk. Even I have come off to some people as an jerk because I'm just very reserved in some situations. Punk, to me, seems like a very private person and probably has a circle of people that he trusts and is able to be himself around. If you aren't in that circle, he can seem very standoffish whether he means to be or not.

Say what you will about the people in charge, but in spite of all the petty drama we can see, a lot of the times, the wrestlers themselves come off as one big family. You see this more and more on social media that there's this giant sense of brotherhood and sisterhood.
The outpouring of love and support we've seen the wrestling community give to Ashley's family, especially her daughter, has been heartwarming.

You can make an argument that the best thing about the end of the old territory system and the phasing out of the old school methods and thought patterns that WWF and WCW utilized for a long time is how there's a lot less stress on the wrestlers now to constantly "protect the business", play politics against one another, or just not get to be themselves around one another. There's always been a "road family" thing going in pro wrestling that brings the wrestlers close to one another, but they just seem so much more able to express it in healthy ways nowadays, whether we're talking people in the bigger companies or even a lot of today's bigger indie workers.
