Man, who would have thought they'd ever see the day when leaving ROH for Impact would be looked at as a positive career move?

I feel like I should but I don't think there's been an occasion where I've actually enjoyed her.

Huh. Good signing for Impact, but not sure why she’d wanna be under contract to them. I’d be working on short term deals for anything I did with Impact, at least having a decently known name like her.

Name her Amme! Which, as we all know, is backwards for "Killer"!

I expected her to sign with AEW, but like mentioned in this thread, we now live in a universe where Impact is better than the dumpster fire that is ROH.

I expected her to sign with AEW, but like mentioned in this thread, we now live in a universe where Impact is better than the dumpster fire that is ROH. If nothing else, while the Knockouts are not always as much of a priority as they ought to be, they at least rarely if ever fall off of the map entirely. Women of Honor is the inverse. They sometimes crop up, sure, but they are never anything resembling a priority for the company.

I'm not really surprised. We've already touched on what a joke Women of Honor is, and that Impact has both the history and current momentum in their Knockouts Division.
Her not signing to AEW is a bit unexpected, but their Women's division is so far the most unsure aspect of the promotion. Meanwhile, Tenille can be in the same company as the likes of Tessa Blanchard, Rosemary, Madison Rayne, Taya Valkyrie, Su Yung, Jordynne Grace, and then sign with AEW once that division has established who the top players are.

The knockouts division is solid at the moment, she'll have a lot to work with too.

There's still some uncertainty with the AEW division mostly because of what associations the company will take with the Joshi women and who will stick around for the main shows and they still have Sadie Gibbs to debut whether at All Out or TNT depending on when the working visa starts so it makes more sense to go somewhere where you're allowed to still take indie dates especially with Dashwood debuting for WXW soon and Grace being PROGRESS Women's Champion, stuff like that. Impact has enough star power right now that even if they lost someone, it doesn't feel like the division will fall apart like if Kelly Klien left ROH. Like, the division is on life support but if she left, the bullet'd be put in the head, it'd be done.

Good set of diverse characters there, talented and (in some cases) very young.

Well Dashwood has appeared at the indies Impact runs shows with (or "piggybacks" off of, in other people's words), so maybe it's not that surprising.

KO division in Impact has recovered nicely from the days when it was the Gail Kim Vanity Division. It has a solid roster of talent.
Though TBH I have no idea how Dashwood actually is as a wrestler. I haven't seen any of her matches since she left WWE and it's not like she was booked well at all there.
