Oh shit, potential plot twist/piece of continuity that I know won't actually be the case. Lashley saw Liv leaving Rusev and Lana's locker/hotel room, and promptly assumed that she had been with Rusev when it was Lana she had been seeing. Hijinx ensued. Amazing storytelling, this must happen to take the whole mess to next level. \o/

Also... "Here comes EoE on his bullshit about point rankings again..." We're saving this one for reaction images, right?

Makes you feel kinda bad, doesn't it? Yep. I skipped Raw last night but after finding out what happened I immediately thought "well they had 2 stars who were willing to do it on SDL." Sad.

Honestly, I know that this angle was trashy and tacky and the wedding was written like whoever wrote it snorted some cocaine before putting pen to paper, but, no joke, I can't help but f***ing adore Rusev, his smile coming out of the cake was fantastic, you could argue that all of them deserve better than this, yes, even Lashley.
Also, if you're going to go a same-sex relationship route, why not just use Sonya and Mandy considering Sonya is legitimately a lesbian and has said that she'd be totally up for it? Then again, I don't think I could trust WWE to do a same sex relationship in a tasteful manner.

I can only imagine how disheartened Sonya feels about this; it's not like her and Mandy wouldn't be up for it and, yet, they decide to not use the same-sex angle on the duo where one of them is in a legitimate same-sex relationship.

I like the Mandy/Otis romance angle, but it really did look like they were going in that direction with Mandy and Sonya before they pussied out for whatever reason.

I haven't read the entire thread..... Am I the only one that, for a split second, thought Lana's "first husband" was clean cut Enzo Amore?

"My name is Enzo Amore and I am a certified G and a bonafide stud and you can't teach that. Liv, please give me another chance." *everybody starts kicking Enzo's ass*

Let’s see... 90% of the roster waving hands in the air to Jagged Edge, Hornswoggle antics before it jumped the shark, Jillian Hall getting carried out kicking and screaming after trying to do a singsong, The Godfather showing up and offering his product to the entire male part of the roster in attendance and getting them all to leave halfway through, Teddy Long having a heart attack because of Viagra... It’s pretty nuts. www.dailymotion.com/video/x4wjzodFunnily enough, the bride in this ended up marrying in real life... Bobby Lashley. Butch Reed was there, too! The inventor of Netflix?

Even beyond not using them, it's a sign that even with active members of their roster being in the community, WWE still see lesbians and bisexual women only as an appeal to the male gaze, perfect for catfights and the trashiest of angles.

I mean, I'm not in the LGBT community and I'm not Sonya Deville, so I can't read her mind and say how she's feeling and, as a straight male, maybe I've got no right to put my two quid in here, but I will. If I was Sonya, I'd be considering leaving the WWE, like, it might seem an overreaction to leave over a trashy storyline, but it's a trashy storyline that's using the idea of lesbian and bi-sexual women as nothing more than eye candy. Honestly, it was like being back in the attitude era when it comes to women and, for all the praise that everyone heaps onto the AE; their treatment of women was f***ing horrible, but nobody brings that up because it'd imply that the Attitude Era wasn't perfect.
