The cop shows where the hero’s drop everything to nail a particular suspect and no resource is spared to secure a conviction and justice is served. In the real world, the justice system is a revolving door because they just don’t have the manpower or time to spare.

Another Hollywood invention, construction workers catcalling women as they walk by a construction site. I have NEVER seen that happen ever. Even then, it's always construction workers. You can also apply that to horny guys who are often out on the street. It doesn't have to be JUST construction workers.

Hot wives/girlfriends that are WAY out of the leads league
You can always tell when the lead is a producer on the show

People just have sex willy nilly with no consequences.
The star of the show never has to go to the pharmacy to fill a Valtrex prescription.

The way it takes hours to cook a Thanksgiving meal but only about five minutes to clean up afterwards.

Whenever anyone sings or plays an instrument in a live setting, they sound like a pefrectly prouduced studio recording. It's always distracting because you can tell someone is just faking it even if it's really them doing it and it becomes a bit difficult for me to suspend disbelief.
Side note: I think when things don't seem to take as long as they should is not because the writers or whoever thinks it's realistic...it's becasue we're just seeing the relevant parts of situation instead of the minor details for pacing purposes. It's why anyone is never shown relieving themsleves or eating food unless it's plot relevant. Although I admit, sometimes it can become distracting when someone can clean up a total disaster of a messy house in like a minute or two lol.

How infrequently, if ever, characters take the time to eliminate bodily waste products. When does Jack Bauer have a shit? Kiefer more or less confirmed that during scenes at the White House that's when Jack is using the bathroom.

The various CSI shows where the CSIs are involved in every aspect of the investigation, as opposed to real-life CSIs who gather and analyse the evidence before passing it off to other branches of investigators.

Doctor Who -- the world has had no end of alien invasions, a giant spider thing on Big Ben and f*** knows what else, but in one episode during, i think, Tennant's run, a guy claims there's aliens and he's dismissed as a crank. Also Buffy--bodies keep turning up, drained of blood, fang marks in their throat, there's empty graves at the cemetery every night and nobody thinks "maybe Vampires". I mean, do they think the butler did it? In Buffy's case they actually justified it; the hellmouth below Sunnydale actually causes people not to notice all the murders. Mind I think Buffy is one of the only shows to explain it.

Well, here's another perspective. I don't know how it pertains to real life, but it's always the captain of the football team (likely the starting quarterback) that is seen as the "big man on campus." Nobody seems to want to be or be with the lineman, center, running back, etc. The same could be said about how nobody seems to care about the starting pitcher for the baseball team, or even a point guard for the basketball team. The funny thing about this is that basketball is the only other sport that has cheerleaders. That is unless, of course, you have an athlete who does multiple sports (I have known a few myself). For me in Canada, no one gave a shit about anyone in sports. Football is popular is here, but it's not a trope for the prettiest girl in school to date the quarterback, at least I'm aware of. Our school didn't have a football team, but I was friends with people on teams that did exist in town. No one cared. Baseball, hockey, basketball, volleyball, no one cared. It was just something kids did. Hell, one kid, in or around my age, has a Super Bowl under his belt now, was good enough to do that, but still in school, it wasn't a "thing" because he was wicked good at football. Yeah nobody ever gave a shit at my school, either. Not even for our Hockey team.

Any time an agent (CIA,FBI,NSA,whatever) has a mysterious background. As if the government does not do background checks on people.
Any time an investigator is introduced to a new character and starts immediately sharing lots of valuable and personal information only to find out that the person is a spy/stalker/serial killer/whatever.
