They deleted the tweets but Addy Starr and Kat shown DMs from Elgin making unwanted advances on them repeatedly Isn't he married to MsChif? Like, no offense to Addy and Allie, but why would you sleep around on MsChif? The attractiveness of one's partner generally has little to do with cheating.

Repulsive. On top of being a violation, they're licensing back catalogue matches where people have moved on from wrestling and have jobs and lives. Any connection to porn will turn up in background checks and will count as a strike against them in the eyes of employers even if it's done without their consent.

I went to the same school as DJ Hyde and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he didn't read any contracts. We're talking about the same guy whose entire senior class staged a walkout, then said to the local TV crew "All the scouts are going to ask 'Where's Dave Markland?'" What a dolt. After the NWA's "Carnyland" video, I almost want someone who hates DJ Hyde to make a "Markland" video. Mondo and Janela are going to have the time of their lives

Just something I’ve been wondering about and figured it was relevant to this discussion.
Do indies ever have wrestlers sign releases for their likeness to be used for videos? I always just thought it was kind of a handshake deal, at least it used to be.
If that’s still true someone like LuFisto might have some legal standing to get this shut down. I always figured wrestlers refrained from doing this when they had an issue with a promotion because it makes the wrestler look bad too. Like an indie promoter may think, “If they did this to him why wouldn’t they do it to me?
Then there’s also the issue of cost and funding a lawsuit. But in a case like this where public opinion is on LuFisto’s side you’d think it might be worth it. I mean Kickstarters have been started for much more frivolous things. Plus, it seems like legal action in this case wouldn’t spook other indie promoters from booking LuFisto as much as public opinion is on her side and most other indies don’t sell license content like how CZW did.
