Don't count out Impact just yet, they might win the ratings war!

yup CLEARLY the ratings falling were all Paul Heyman's fault No, they were Charlotte's! Just kidding. I've never been one to blame just one person (whether it's Corbin, Charlotte, Heyman or anyone else) for falling ratings. Outside of NXT, the product just isn't interesting.

But...dem demos though It was the opposite of Dynamite since Female demo actually increased while Male demo decreased. Ironically speaking, Truth vs Orton = OC vs Jericho which results in viewership tanking

Yeah, that's not a good look.
Like, it'll probably be pointed out it's still top 10 in the demos as it has been forever and USA made it clear that's been fine for a long time but it's still not a great look.

Both RAW and Smackdown just feel like abysmal viewing at this point, and people simply are tuning out more and more. Bianca and Shayna didn't even pop a rating coming back because they ran Shayna into the ground and haven't done shit with Bianca for you to care. Doesn't shock me multiple R-Truth segments and The Big Show still being a main fixture on shows isn't exactly lighting the world on fire for ratings purposes.
Losing half a million viewers since the pandemic started is bad no matter how you slice it. NXT and AEW have been able to keep steady viewership for the most part and increase their viewers and demo lately, RAW and Smackdown just have no excuse.

But...dem demos though Demos don't ease Vince's ego. Dude's lost half a million of his core audience on both his main shows since the pandemic. And FOX caresabout overall viewership, they aren't in the demo camp USA and TNT are, so that's cause for concern.

Yeah I looked at this week's viewership chart and last week, and it seems like viewership was down across the board for TV. Everything had lost viewers.

But...dem demos though Their average aged viewer watches Blue Bloods and Jag. Demos aren't helping this trash heap.

Tuned in, saw MVP and Dolph, immediately tuned out and went to do something else.

There was a time years ago where if I missed a Monday Night RAW or my VCR f***ed up recording it I’d have been pissed. Today? I don’t even care whether I see it or not. I have no emotional attachment to what is happening on the show and as a guy that’s been a fan since the 80’s, I hate that my passion for WWE’s product has flamed out.

Yeah I looked at this week's viewership chart and last week, and it seems like viewership was down across the board for TV. Everything had lost viewers. I think it just goes back to the fact that, regardless of circumstances, free opportunities, pandemics, everything else...the show is just leaking viewers. Smackdown seems to be holding steady on Network TV but Raw's been the boat with the leak for a decade now.

I figured this was going to happen this week, but just imagine what these numbers are going to look like if MNF actually comes back in Sept. But hey, just keep putting Bayley and Sasha all over TV, 3 days a week. Great plan. 1.5 million viewers in the 3rd hour.
Serious question: Who is this show supposed to appeal to? As in what demographics are they targeting? Don't just say Vince because I don't think Vince alone would put out the sort of product that WWE has been doing for the past few years.

The show is terrible. It just comes across as a really shit amateur dramatics club doing a performance in front of a few of their friends in a room that’s full of garish tacky LED boards for some reason.

The show was a slog outside the main event.
