It's literally the Battle of the Tough Guys from No Holds Barred. Shane is Brell.

WWE just can't get anything interesting to fly under Vince's radar, huh?

Don’t boast about a new faction and just vaguely show who they are.

Does WWE really even need more evil stables running around right now? You've got Seth's crew, Undisputed Era (assuming this isn't them), Imperium, MVP's crew, and you might as well count Sasha & Bayley given even though it's only two of them they stomp all over the entire division. Yes. For as long as I’ve been watching WWE which is getting on for 15 years I’ve never seen them do a proper Stable Wars. I’ve seen one stable dominate a show e.g Cabinet, Evolution, Nexus, Shield. But I’ve never seen the roster divided into teams with intersecting storylines as a literal war zone. Other than the awful Diva-Warz. On papers it’s an amazing sounding arc for the show. 15 years? So you missed out on the Gang Warz. Disciples of Apocalypse vs Los Boricuas vs Nation of Domination. Consider yourself lucky, and please don't ask them to do this again.

WWE's desparate bid for ratings: The World Television Network's desperate bid for ratings Shane: Brell Zeus: Lashley (&MVP/Shelton?) Rip: Drew Next up Drew's gonna get kidnapped in a limo, explode out of it then beat up goons then make a dude shit himself, Lashley is gonna beat up Drew McIntyre's little brother while Prichard and Hayes get called teeny wangers by IDK Viking Raiders. Drew will fall in love with a WWE executive and save her from goons while on his motorcycle, then save a restaurant from armed robbers by hitting them with pies. The payoff to this storyline is Drew causing Shane to electrocute himself while Lashley falls off a high up platform and destroys the ring.

It literally was "Some Vague Faction" if it even was one, they might as well have been a part of Tozawa's Ninja squad and it didn't correlate to RAW Underground whatsoever.
It was by all accounts just a complete mess and WWE really aren't doing themselves any favors.

I love that this factions first action was to destroy a generator....which they f***ing failed at it
Oh the lights flickered a bit here and there early into the show...and then the rest of the show goes off without a hitch
Nice way to introdouce a faction of failures.

So are we sure Antonio Inoki hasn't been WWE's mastermind all this time?

You know when I said I wanted the Aki engine games to come back to WWE, what I didn't mean is that I wanted Def Jam Vendetta on WWE television.

So they're just going to drag this thing out for weeks before finally revealing who this faction consists of, then?

So they're just going to drag this thing out for weeks before finally revealing who this faction consists of, then? After saying there'd be stuff debuting tonight and we'd directly have answers, yes. It's like they sent all this out and then Vince changed his mind ten minutes later but the posts already happened so it was too late.

What’s dumb is, just don’t announce anything and you can naturally build this and try to create intrigue. No, now you just get folks pissed and disappointed.
Like they try to f*** up these shows, lmao

The easiest layup would’ve been the Vague Faction cutting the feed from the show (conveniently before 11:00, because no overrun) to broadcast their message.
