Inspired by the thread about wrestlers who ruined themselves with a look change.
Mustafa Ali is the first guy to come to mind for me, when he dropped the top and started going shirtless.
Cameron Grimes going from the plain black trunks which made him look generic as f*** to what he wears now, with the logo on the back. Sometimes a small change like that can make a huge difference.
Rusev cutting his hair made him look like an even bigger star IMO.

The before  The after  And unlike others who just change their look for an asthetic purpose this change was the direct moment she ascended to being the top woman in NXT because it was far more than just a surface level alteration and nothing of her now is anything like she was before. |

Yoshi-Tatsu putting the red streak (as opposed to bleach-blond) in his hair and wearing mostly black or green tights instead of white ones.
His place on the card didn't rise at all, but it was a MUCH better look.

John Cena changing from generic trunks to the jhorts was a massive improvement that ultimately made him a star
Kane also looked like a beast when he changed to wearing a vest in 2000.

McIntyre packing on 20lbs of muscle turned him from a lanky midcardsr who got ragdolled like a scrub by Lesnar to a killer who believably squashed him. Simlarly, Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley beefing up during his time away made him look even more of a killer. Though, the less said about his booking during the latter part of his 2018 return, the better. |

Can we use non WWE versions?
Taz going from long scraggly hair, occasional facepaint, barefoot and sort of caveman style attire as The Tazmaniac to the shaved head, goatee black/orange singlet and boots was a massive improvement.
