Babs sounds fine. Buster sounds like a character from a pre-school show.

They need to do a crossover with Teen Titans Go as a preempted "please don't hate on us", just like the new Thundercats did.
On another note, is Shirley going to be in this show, she was the best character in the original. Granted she was a character of her time, she would be different today.

The first clip shown was definitely test footage/pitch animation, hence how roughshod it looks.
Another clip with the finalized look is available but being taken down by WB super quick, so I'm not even bothering to find a source to post. It's much better looking (still kind of bland but much better) and the Buster VA is closer to the originals.

Not really surprised the show apparently isn't very good, though plenty of good shows have bad pilots so probably not worth writing off just yet.

Got to watch a few minutes with no sound, and one of the early takeaways I have is that Sweetie seems to be promoted to main or semi-main character status whereas she was mostly just a background character in the original.

Which is funny/ironic considering that episode in the original run where she basically had to fight and claw from one whole episode dedicated to her. Ya made it now, Sweetie pie! Also in more good news, Fifi LaFume actually gets to exist!  |

What the f*** is going on with this thing? Tiny Toons was prestige television for seven year old me, so I’m hoping this doesn’t wind up as some 12 oz. Mouse level fiasco or that they’ve least hired competent people to make this.
