That’s wild but at least they got a while to work on it. I hope so. Because honestly I haven’t been impressed with anything they’ve shown so far. Hoping for some leaps in the gameplay and details on season/story mode. Honestly if the season mode thing is even a half assed version of the Just Bring It/Here comes the pain season mode, I’ll be atleast excited to mess around with that |

Interesting that it has been seemingly pushed back. I wonder if any of the negative feedback prompted this either way it is a good thing for crunch.

I doubt it had anything to do with people on Twitter complaining. Just the nature of the game industry these days. Lots of games are getting delayed between how involved game development is along with the logistical challenges of still being in a pandemic.
But as they say, a delayed game can eventually be good. A rushed game is forever bad.

So entrances will be abbreviated, not full entrances.
Can trigger your own pyro during entrance though.

Looks a lot better than the other footage with Britt vs Cole. Like a much more fast paced version of a No Mercy. Looks very promising at this point....
I'm still gonna wait for more gameplay before buying though..

Still wait and see for me because I want to see hands on impressions about the controls. But the new gameplay footage looks pretty good. Definitely get more of a No Mercy or Day of Reckoning vibe from this as opposed to Smackdown.
I also want to know what kind of plans they have for post launch. I can understand being light on features, especially compared to a game like 2k that has been building on iterative design for years. But if certain bells and whistles and game modes are missing from the initial game (like sharing CAW's though that's likely an infrastructure issue than anything else) are added later via dlc, that's easier to swallow. As long as they aren't nickel and diming you or loading the game with shameless micro transactions.

I think the multiple finisher slots is a real good feature and I like that a lot.
Still not really feeling the animations. The screen shake and stuff reminds me more of Battlegrounds than No Mercy

Yeah, I like how there are signatures and finishers from every grapple point. Makes things pretty exciting and you don't have to struggle to figure out how to hit someone's finisher.
