Or two?
There’s scrubs season 9 That 70s show season 8 Roseanne season 10 Drew Carey show season 9 Community season 5 and 6 were weird but I liked them. I don’t skip them like I would the others
I don’t mean jumped the shark because the magic was gone, I mean they drastically changed the formula for some reason.
I include the I love Lucy in the countryside in this as well. Not exactly weird and a natural progression of their lives, but man I can’t get into this season and it’s just so different in that big house.

I'd definitely include Community. The reasons that you list were actually incorporated into the show (everyone is on their way out except Jeff and it's killing him) but the last season getting moved to Yahoo and everything that went along with that (different filming techniques, extended running time, more time outside of Greendale, Harmon using the last 2 minutes of the show to dunk on NBC) definitely made it weird.
I'd include The Office here, as well. They had zero idea what they wanted from Andy's character arch plus Ed Helms was filming Hangover 2 at the same time, so he wasn't even in a quarter of the season. The three new additions to the office actually made it feel like a real office for the first time since season 2-3, but Nellie's inclusion as a regular with a do-nothing job was still bizarre after everything from the previous season.

While not BAD, Parks and Recreation jumped three years to 2017 for their final season.

Angel season 5 was bizzare. They somehow inherited Wolfram and Heart, there was a puppet episode and Spike is now a main character.

Fresh Prince season 6 still had good stuff, but it was very silly & cartoon-y, almost too silly at times.

I don't remember if it was for the whole season or not, but the last season of Smurfs' Adventures had a group of them traveling through different time periods.

The last season of Arrow was weird as the entire thing revolved around globe/dimension-hopping in preparation for Crisis. And then you had the main characters from the future sideplot end up in the present day. Arrow's always been more rooted in realism and powered down characters (besides Black Canary and the supernatural elements of the League of Assassins anyway) compared to the rest of the Arrowverse, so it was a departure compared to the rest of the show. It was also a much shorter season compared to the other seven. All that said, it had some really tight pacing and was a wonderful sendoff to the characters, especially Oliver.

That stupid final almost spin-off season of Scrubs.

Lol, shows my reading skills as it’s actually the first show listed in the OP. Hahah

The final season of Laverne & Shirley had no Shirley. Cindy Williams left after the first episode.

The last season of Arrested Development, I know people criticise the 4th season of AD but thought still had plenty of funny moments, the 5th season though for the most part just felt really off

I've never seen it, and it's technically a spin-off, but after The Golden Girls ended there was a single season series called Golden Palace, where Sophia, Rose, and Blanche run a hotel together.

Is it too early to put the Eric Andre Show on this list? I feel like this is gonna be the last season, and that getting rid of Hannibal killed it.

The last season of How I Met Your Mother took place during a single event in the story (the weekend of Barney and Robin's wedding). It seriously felt like it was a 22-part episode, concluded by the worst 2-part series finale of all time.

Boy Meets World was a rollercoaster of a final season.
Start with Cory and Topanga, as well as Shawn and Angela, breaking up.
The wrestling episode, with guest star Mankind.
Both couples reunite by episode 4.
A bizarre wedding planning episode, that is actually Cory and Topanga announcing the wedding is the following week.
The wedding and honeymoon episodes. The wedding should have been a series finale, but instead it was less than halfway through the final season. And the honeymoon episode was just weird.
Cory and Topanga deal with being a young, newlywed couple still in college.
The Casablanca episode.
The episode where Eric got struck by lightning and gained the ability to see the future.
The episode with Eric and Jack in drag.
The episode where the gang nearly split up, with the bad future time skip.
Like, the season wasn't exactly bad, but it was very uneven and often odd. They made Eric even more ridiculous in this season, too.

Angel season 5 was bizzare. They somehow inherited Wolfram and Heart, there was a puppet episode and Spike is now a main character. The puppet episode was kind of a wink since Joss' father Tom Whedon had been a writer on "Captain Kangaroo" among other popular children's tv properties.
