I can't remember if he wore the blue cop uniform or came out to Hard Times one night on Raw to swerve but he should always have had that outfit and theme song and made a face again. I get the swat outfit fit his attitude era character but I think a lot of 1990s fans would have loved seeing him go back to his face days.

He came out to the music but was still in the Swat gear. That Blue attire would just look out of places in the WWE picture in 99 I think.
