Another squash for Xia this week. But the interesting thing is that we now apparently have a name for the Triad, as the entrance chyron identified Xia as a member of “Tian Shi”. Tian Shi or Tinashe? The higher power is a huge get everyone! |

Actually it says Tian Sha on their titan tron It’s weird, the dictionary doesn’t have that word by itself. Just a much larger word “ tiānshàgūxīng”. But tian 天 means heaven or sky or even just day. 煞 sha can mean a bunch of things but I’m guessing for them, they’re going “murder” or “attack” So, if we’re being poetic, would mean “heavenly strike” or “heavenly attack”. Or maybe Divine death? |

Angel is one... Destiny was another I saw. "Heaven's Natural Order" was also one  Granted I don't speak or read Chinese so this could just be a Google make shit up translation |

Xia has been one of those talents that has had a lot of potential for a long time, and in such a short amount of time she’s benefitted greatly from this very character-heavy, visually interesting push.
The bad thing about these kinds of pushes is that we don’t really get to see what they can do in the ring. I think Xia’s biggest issue is that she moves almost too fast, which led to a shitty showing at the Royal Rumble once, and a series of bad matches with Aliyah (why they kept putting them in matches together I don’t know...). Even this past week that first punch was the shits; bad from Xia, her opponent and the commentary team. The rapid punches on the outside looked great.

Not sure if this is entirely involved with this, but: WWE has filed for several new trademarks in the past week or so. PWInsider reports that the company filed trademarks application for Tian Sha, Shi Hun, and Shi Zui on December 24th and Valentina Feroz, The Hand, and Shou on December 30th. Isn't there a group within Marvel called The Hand or was that just created for the Netflix series'? |

I gotta say, I'm really liking this whole build. It feels like there's actual effort in building this gimmick up to something big. And WWE is seriously missing over the top gimmicks.

I would love of just one night on Raw Alexa stops dead in her tracks doing what she is doing and just leaves because she sensed a disturbance in the force and shows up in NXT to fight dragon breath lady.
Seriously though I hope Karen Q has improved dramatically because this gimmick is becoming alot to live up to as the last time I saw her she was still average at best.
