This film just *looks* more like a Sonic film than the first one, like after the success of that one they were allowed to negotiate leaning more into the Sonic aesthetic. And this new poster being directly based on the Sonic 2 box art? Perfection.

Robotnik isn't in the mid-credits at all, but his sidekick Stone is, then we see Shadow. It's played a bit like Sonic Satam's ending. Big bad defeated, and someone we underestimate may step up Film is great by the way |

There are at least two things that don't justify the run time {Spoiler}-The Siberian dance-off. Not funny, overbearingly long.
-The aftermath of 'Operation: Catfish', I know Rachel's actress is a big name on Saturday Night Live, but did it justify giving her ten whole minutes to her own side-plot that feels totally disconnected to the movie? |

There actually was a pretty clever 'run time' gag at the start of the international showings...they 'sped ran' the entire film at the start as an April Fools prank
