My Mum had her first shot on Wednesday and she felt tired and worn out but nothing too drastic otherwise.
My Dad just found out he's getting his first shot on Saturday which is great because he was anxious about Mum's own shot and the delay to find out his.

Got my 1st Moderna dose yesterday.
Got a really bad headache today.
3 hours from now, I start an 8-hour shift at work. Although I always have the option to leave early just in case my lack of mobility makes it too hard to actually work.

I took the day off today cause I had my 2nd shot and was worried about the side effects especially compared to the first one which was mostly fatigued. Other then a sore arm I feel much less the 2nd one.

Got my 2nd Pfizer about 2 weeks ago. First one really didn't do much. The day after the 2nd one sucked. Fever, sweating like crazy, felt drained as can be, just zombielike. But it only last for about a day.

CW: Blood
Got my second Pfizer shot yesterday. Everything I heard about the second shot was "be as hydrated as you can before you get it." So, by the time of my 1:00 PM vaccination, I had had 6 glasses of water that day.
We're prepping, she sticks the needle in my arm and blood just starts immediately trailing down to my elbow. She goes "are you really, really hydrated" and I say "yes, I've had six glasses of water today." Relieved she goes "ahh, OK, then that's totally normal."
She pauses then says "are you made uneasy by the sight of your own blood?"
I tell her "No, not at all, I just don't want to make a mess!" We laugh.
Anyway, waking up today my right arm is sore but less sore than it is from my last flu shot or the first vaccination shot (which I had in my left arm). Had one or two moments where my balance was suddenly off when walking around, but I'm mostly doing fairly well.
Still absolutely glad I got the shot and I hope everyone reading this who hasn't had a shot yet gets it soon too.

Got my second Pfizer this past Thursday, outside of feeling a bit fatigued that night and for a bit the day after there were no issues.
The key is to be hydrated and be sure to do things with whichever arm they jab, that helps the muscle soreness.

Weird thing was that with my first shot, I bled a bit (but nothing out of the ordinary). But I was more hydrated with my second shot and there was nothing. Like, I healing factored that shit.

I get my first Pfizer dose on Thursday afternoon, which I'm not really looking forward to because I hate needles and being ill, so the prospect of being stabbed with one and then potentially knocked for six afterwards doesn't exactly thrill me. But it's preferable to being actually ill with COVID, and the last injection I had was in my face so it's not going to be worse than that.

It looks like Canada is backing out of the Astralzennica shots so I guess I’m starting over again

First shot today, literally sitting in the room waiting to leave after 15 mins.
Don't know how it is anywhere else, but the process in MD has been reallly simple and the people have been great.

I had my first jab an hour ago - or as my brother says, "going 5G" - and I haven't died or anything yet, so that's good.
