Having Steel show up and laying the groundwork for Cyborg and in the process tying both to Metallo just to do a completely in-name-only Metallo was kind of a really damn weird structural choice. Like you kind of had the framework to do it more directly right there and just kind of didn't. Maybe given the ending we'll see a more direct one show up down the line or something.

That felt like a case where this show's tendency to kind of bum rush through things actually worked to its benefit, real turning things on their head episode.
That said the window loitering eavesdropping was kind of dumb, especially since Lois didn't even say anything that bad.

I was like entirely convinced WB was going to kill it so that's a huge relief.

I’m gonna have to take this in. For some reason, Suoerman just has the worst track record for on screen adaptations. But at least it can’t be a “Velma” right guys?…..GUYS!?

If anything I think Superman has a consistently solid track record for TV adaptations. Lois and Clark, DCAU, LoSH, Smallville, Arrowverse, and Superman and Lois were all quality portrayals for the Man of Steel. Young Justice too when he showed up. Haven't watched any of the second season of this show yet, but the first season was pretty good.

Lol) - His series (obviously) But I LOATHE Smallville, and most of the Arrowverse UNTIL The Flash - and I don’t talk bout whatever that last show was.. I don’t really count team shows (Superfriends/JLA) cuz I enjoy the whole “handle it yourself” scenarios, and Supes’ rogues always have potential to provide VERY creative fights/interactions. But people just think he punches stuff smh

Really loved this week's episode, good stuff.
Also those were some crazy deep cut cameos going with Blue Snowman and Maya of all characters.
