78. MagnaCarta 2 Now, this is a hidden gem. This game had a pretty fun battle system that kind of reminded me of FFXII's. Graphics were nice, although the character models were kind of odd; characters had long torsos and big heads. I liked the characters, though it has the cliche protagonist with amnesia. Story wasn't too interesting. So, yeah, nothing spectacular but you can have a fun time with this. Actually, this game is quite rare for a 360 game. Nothing too expensive, though, unless the prices have skyrocketed since I bought it.

77. Grand Kingdom Another hidden gem. This is a tactical JRPG where you command a group of mercenaries. You can create your own characters which I always find fun. It has a fun combat system, bright, colourful graphics, and great music. If you're a fan of tactical games, I'd check it out.

76. Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria Man, this is one of those games I really want to love but it just never clicked with me. It's unique, it's got beautiful graphics and good combat. Maybe it was the platforming and the puzzles I didn't enjoy. It's a good game, just not one that I can say that I love. I guess it's just one of those things.

75. Lost Kingdoms One more hidden gem, this one by FromSoftware. In this game, you use cards to summon monsters to attack for you. There's no towns in this, from what I can recall, just stages that you have to complete. Collecting the cards and summoning the monsters was definitely a lot of fun. The main weakness of this game would be the graphics not looking too great. There's also a sequel, though I haven't played it.

74. Nier: Automata Another controversial ranking. Everyone has a game that everyone loved except you and I guess this is mine. I thought the combat was repetitive, though maybe I over-hyped it when I heard PlatinumGames was working on it. I thought the enemies were also repetitive. But the worst thing about the game was the 9S route, who was a less fun 2B. In my opinion, it didn't get any better when you took control of the last character (forgot her name). I loved the music. Some of the ideas they had were cool and unique. I also enjoyed the shmup sections, even though I'm not a fan of shmups. Sorry!

Yeah Koudelka is a prequel to Shadow Hearts, the main character even appears in SH and is the mother to one of the party members. I've never been able to get a copy, but I love the Shadow Hearts games (well, the first two). Yay another Shadow Hearts fan!

73. Eternal Sonata This game has a unique premise in that it's based around the real-life composer Frederic Chopin. The battle system is interesting in that you gain unique attacks based on whether you're standing in the light or the shadows. It has beautiful graphics and some great music. The characters are fun, though there is a weird scene where a character you knew for, like, five minutes dies and it's is supposed to be emotional, I guess?

There was a lot good about the game, but I just couldn't finish the 9S playthrough. Too much repeating the same thing and he just wans't an interesting character.

72. Resonance of Fate Resonance of Fate has an amazing battle system and some fun characters. It has a unique world map that's actually quite hard to explain, but it's kind of like a jigsaw puzzle where you have to place the correct pieces to be able to move on. You can cutomize your weapons (all guns) in crazy ways. And you can dress your characters in goofy costumes. The game has a couple of flaws, like the story and the bland environments. But, man, that battle system.

I really enjoyed Resonance and loved the Battle System. It's been a while since I played it but I remember 2 things which stopped me progressing far
1 - Lack of save points in the dungeons/maps (I don't have the patience to replay large portions of games--so dying during a boss and then having to rebattle all of the mooks got tired fast)
2 -Danger Mode - If I remember right, it happened when you hit zero stamina or something and it was a game ender. An added difficulty on top of an already extremely difficult game. As much as I absolutely loved the battle system--one of my all time favorite--I think Danger Mode ruined it. I couldn't progress because of it.

71. Octopath Traveler Aw, man. Thinking about this game depresses me. It had everything: amazing graphics, incredible music, great battle system, cool characters. But it was just so repetitive. Got to town, go to dungeon, defeat boss, complete a character's story, recruit them, and do it all again eight times. But everything else was just so good. Oh well.

I got Resonance of Fate on the 360 on the cheap (it was like $10 at PC Richard) and never really got into it. Should give it another shake.

70. Final Fantasy IV I really like FFIV, but I don't love it. My issue with it is that the game keeps taking away your characters, and it gets annoying. Basically, imagine a game full of Aeriths. I'm a Yang fanboy and I want Yang in my party at all times. Unfortunately, there's no way to do it. And it's a big flaw for me. But it's still a really good game overall.

69. Phantasy Star Portable 2 This game has fun combat, great character customization and some fun characters. Unfortunately, it didn't sell well and it's quite rare, but if you can find it, give it a shot. Love this opening, too:

68. Lost Odyssey Man, people weren't kidding when they said this game was the real Final Fantasy XIII. It really does feel like an FF game. I think what XIII does better, though, is the combat. Lost Odyssey's combat was really bland and I feel like it needed something extra, like limit breaks and/or summons. All the characters play the same, aside from their physical attacks. Overall, it's a really good game, though, but the combat brings it down, for me.

Really fun game, but it gets a bit redundant. Triangle Strategy, by the same people and out this March looks really good.

67. Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth This was a fun game but could get a little tedious at times. I enjoyed drawing the map and figuring out the puzzles. The battle system was a lot of fun and the music was amazing (like always in the Persona games). Of course, bringing in all the P3 and P4 characters was really cool. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

66. Pokemon Diamond/Pearl I think this is these are the first Pokemon games on the list. But, yeah, these are my least favourites, mostly for the slow gameplay and lack of fire types (good thing I like Chimchar so much). First Pokemon games to ever disappoint me. They're still pretty good, though.

65. Shadow Hearts: From the New World Aw, man, I don't wanna talk about this game. This is like Octopath Traveler where this game had everything but was let down by a major flaw. This game has unique characters (a cat that knows drunken kung-fu, wtf?), a unique setting for a JRPG, a great battle system, good music and graphics. I was loving this game. But then it's generic dungeon, after generic dungeon, after generic dungeon, after generic dungeon, and then I just tapped out. It was so close to becoming one of my favourites. Dammit. And, unfortunately, it's the only Shadow Hearts game I've played.

64. Final Fantasy Tactics This is a great game. The only reason I have it this low is because it was so difficult I couldn't get that far into it. But considering that, it just shows how good the game is that I still have it this high. But, yes, this game is hard as f***!
