First teaser is up
Seems alright so far. The 2D/3D is jarring, but otherwise everything seems fine enough. Also holy crap there are some odd cameos (Like, MLP Cameos)

Looks at the picture... So, they like didn't totally change their look or make them into Alvin type monstrocities. So far so good. This had better totally be worth not letting them speak, etc. on DuckTales. EDITS: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}I did not expect M.C. Skat Kat.

So this is full out meta humor/Russo Everything Is Fake Except What You're Watching Right Now... deal. Felt like a PG Robot Chicken sketch in places. Not sure how I feel about all that. Nor the revelation that the sped up voices were put ons. I guess that makes sense given what they're going for.
Maybe THAT is why they didn't have CnD speak in recent cartoons, to wean us off the speed-ups? ;-)
I'll be the geek to say that CnD were not unknowns until RR too :-)
I am not 100% sure what I think yet. I do know that this won't take away the original series and etc. Maybe it made the DuckTales thing kinda meh, but other than that... |

Seems more like a "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" sort of thing than an actual Rescue Rangers movie. Also don't like that they have different voices (got to have those celebrities in there or nobody will watch anything apparently) even if they are supposed to be actors.

This is the closest we've ever gotten and may ever get to a Roger Rabbit sequel, ladies and gents.
Also interesting they're keeping whatever happened to Gadget post show hidden from us...
Otherwise though...I dunno about this one.

I think it looks kind of fun? That's just me, though.
I do sort of like that it feels like a "sequel" to Who Framed Roger Rabbit in Toons and humans living together and I'm a sucker for that.

I'll watch the hell out of this.
But Id would have been fine with a cgi real world hybrid. The series is practically made for that.

When this film was first announced, it was stated that they would be fighting the evil of,,video piracy. I hope they decided not to go that route,we dont need Dont Copy That Floppy: The Movie.

I…..kinda dig it? I like that Monty, Chip and Zipper are fully 2D but Dale has gone for the full 3D CG upgrade, I dig the cameos and the premise looks good, it’s just going to be an adjustment hearing normal speed voices coming out their mouths rather than the sped up ones we’re more commonly used to
