Surprisingly, I still went to more shows.

The first show I ever went to was 3/16/04 in Boston for SmackDown. I remember bits and pieces of it but the opener apparently was John Cena beating Rhyno. I have no memory of that.

Rhyno vs. Test at a Raw house show in June 2004.
A-Train came out post-match and attacked both of them. I don't think A-Train made a single appearance on TV once he was drafted to Raw that year.

First show was a smackdown taping in 2003. Very first match was a dark match between Bobby Roode and Tyson Dux. The first match between wwe wrestlers was Chavo Jr vs Crash Holly for velocity.
My main memory from the first match was Tyson Dux using the same theme Drew Carey did at the rumble and I screamed oh shit it's drew carey. Had to show my friends when we got home that Carey really did use the same theme song

My first wrestling show was WWF right in the thick of the InVasion storyline, went to a House Show in 2001 in Wilkes Barre. First match was Billy Kidman vs Scotty 2 Hotty for the WCW Cruiserweight Title
A very good first match to see live all things considered.

I went to the Wembley Arena show in April 1991. It was part of the WWF UK Rampage tour. There was a match between some British guys I can’t recall that happened before the event “properly” started. There were other matches that night including The Hart Foundation tagging again (this was just after WM7 when they went their separate ways) and The Warrior pinning The Undertaker. But I don’t recall the opening match. The second show I went to though I remember the opener vividly. It was The Bushwhackers and Jim Duggan vs The Nasty Boys and The Mountie at SummerSlam 92.
This is only counting WWF shows. I’d seen several mini-shows at various Holiday camps but I was too young to recall anything about them. I could have been watching someone like Regal or Finlay and I’d be none the wiser.

The opening match at SummerSlam 1995 was Hakushi vs. 1-2-3 Kid. However, my brother and I arrived late to the arena, so the first match I saw live was The Smoking Gunns vs. Jacob and Eli Blu.

I went the WCW Nitro in 1999 that got headlined by the KISS concert where Brian Adams debuted as The Demon.
The show opened with Mikey Whipwreck vs. Chase Tutum, formerly of the No Limit Soliders. Sid ran in and attacked both guys as part of the angle where he mocked Goldberg's streak.

He actually had one. A loss to Jericho on Raw in June. It was basically a tune up match for Jericho going into Bad Blood against Tomko which shows how far Train had fallen. I believe he got injured shortly after and then was released along with several others including Test.

The Warlord vs. Chris Walker at a house show in 1992.
The only thing I remember about the show is that in the audience were two guys dressed as Ric Flair and Mr. Perfect. Their costumes were really good—one guy had a robe like Flair’s and the other made his own “Mr. Perfect” jacket with the sparkly letters. So the guy dressed as Perfect held up a sign, and a few sections over my dad and I heard this:
“PERFECT YOU MEATHEAD! PUT THAT SIGN DOWN! WE CAN’T GET ANY PICTURES UP HERE!”

The first wrestling show I ever saw was a UK promotion - All Star Promotions, I believe - that were doing a series of summer shows in Rhyl, Wales in 2002. It was billed as one of those 'WWF tributes', so it was basically guys cosplaying as Kane, The Rock, Undertaker and others. IIRC, the first match was a guy who wasn't actually wrestling under a gimmick Vs Goldust.
The show was actually really good overall. A packed and loud crowd, and everyone was really into it. Legit one of the best shows I've too, for the fun factor of it.
The first WWE show I went to was one of the Tour of Defiance shows in May 2004, in Manchester. Great show overall. The opening match was Matt Hardy Vs Batista. A standard opener but definitely working a safer 'house show style'. The finish was Matt taking two spinebusters -instead of the cooler Batista Bomb - then getting pinned. The bell rung and Batista picked Matt up for.. another spinebuster!

WCW House Show - March 21, 1998 Bill Goldberg defeated Brad Armstrong
This was during Goldberg's streak, and I remember being very confused when his streak number kept jumping around on the tv shows.

The NXT show I went to in 2016 had Akira Tozawa v Andrade as the opener. My actual first show was some rinky-dink indy thing I got taken to in 1999 when I was 10, but I don’t remember any detail of it.

I took the liberty of looking, and A-Train made precisely two appearances on Raw in 2004, two months after being drafted, losing to Chris Jericho and Tajiri. He also lost to Val Venis on the international version of Heat before being released. Hell of a run.
My first show was one of those British holiday camp jobs in the mid nineties, so probably some shitarse vs. some other shitarse.

The year was 1993 - the location Earl's Court London.
El Matador vs The Predator
Yes that's right the first match I saw live was Tito Santana cosplaying as a Spanish Bullfighter vs a masked Horace Hogan.
