From what I gathered from WWE fans raving about Wrestlemania, that WWE is definitely ahead when it comes to glamour and spectacle. WWE's production team puts any production team in the world to the test. It's extremely impressive. I just wish we had those custom PPV sets back, but I know we never will. One of the things I love about WrestleMania every year is seeing the set. It's just that they sell the tickets and PPVs anyway, so why put in any extra money when it won't get you any of it back. Just unfortunate.

Gimmick Battle Royales or random old gimmicks (even gimmick flashbacks or jokes/ribs) or surprise old gimmicks in Rumbles aren't impossible for other promotions, but the sheer amount of copyright/trademark and shit the WWE has makes them the "easiest" option for that sorta thing.
WWE's the best at the "variety show" aspect. Most PPVS/Shows will have that circus style mix of serious/wacky/men/women/tag/single with a dash of celebrity and a pinch of pop culture/hollywood. Doesn't mean it's all good. But it's rare to get a major show that doesn't have a bunch of completely different stuff.
WWE has R-Truth. And he's just the best.

A video game. Though that's about to change soon courtesy of AEW(and just when the WWE games are finally getting good. Ironic).

Shame, unless they have good surprises for Rumble entrants or a Gimmick Battle Royal

At its best, WWE is over the top and unhinged and spectacular. Big characters and bigger presentation, everything so huge in scale and so show business that you get pulled in by the bright lights and by a story that is bold and loud and can't be ignored. WWE has rarely to never had the best wrestling, and not necessarily even been the best or most enjoyable wrestling show, but WWE nails down spectacle like nothing else. It has always been flawed and it's always had its drawbacks, but what it offers in terms of pure show spectacle is something that no other company has ever managed to match, and frankly shouldn't aspire to match because there's no point. Go do something different and find your own voice because you aren't beating Vince on show business.
Which I guess is kind of where my love for WWE has suffered most. The stripping down of all of that. Stories becoming too repetitive, promos scaled back in generic in-ring deliveries of the same lines, little to no room for them to take their production quality and go do stuff with that. Wrestlemania this year sounds like it was a blast and still lived up to the spectacle, I've heard good things, but that's one show out of over a hundred. The biggest reason I've drifted from WWE is that frankly WWE doesn't even give me what only WWE can give me anymore.

I am much more invested in AEW and NJPW, along with some other promotions, but WWE is where I cut my teeth, what I grew up with, so there's always going to be that history. For that reason, I follow the product and watch the occasional shows, depending on if I have the free time and the mood. I am also a fan of a number of the wrestlers, though admittedly, they axed a lot of my favorites, so that reason is weaker than it once was.

Wrestlemania is a spectical that won’t be matched by any other company. Also the Royal Rumble and MITB

The pageantry and spectacle, for sure. Cody Rhodes looked more like a star than he ever did in AEW because of that WrestleMania entrance.

They’ve been said, but the Rumble and Mania are all I watch from WWE. Even when the Rumble sucks, it’s still fun for a lot of the show. Can’t be matched.

The Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania. Even if I’m not fully keeping up with the product I know I can always drop in January or April and have a big event to sit back and watch with friends.
My preferred format for a mainstream wrestling show is when the PPVs are for the longer wrestling matches and the TV shows are more for shorter matches and promos which is more WWE style. I get bored if there’s a bunch of long matches with predictable outcomes on regular episodes even if they’re of good quality. On TV I’d rather 5 or 6 fairly short matches with maybe one going like 15 or more rather than like 4 20 minute matches. A top guy having an epic 20 minute match should feel like something I have to wait and pay for. If they’re doing it on regular TV often then seeing them doing it at the PPV doesn’t seem as special to me. Raw going 3 hours has made this worse though because it feels like you do get a lot of overly long matches on TV now just to fill time.
For the most part it’s safe to sit and watch with my young nephews and fun to bore them with tales of wrestling past and they can tell me how Roman Reigns would kick all my old favorites asses. You’ll get the occasional “bitch” or ridiculously over the top stuff like Rollins trying to take Rey’s eye out but generally it’s family friendly and we can all watch. There’s not going to be people bleeding buckets every week, constant cursing, Katie Vick, HLA or women being treated like objects like years gone by.
The history too. If someone wins the WWE title they’re winning a title that dates back to Sammartino/Hogan/Austin/Cena/Roman and everyone in between. The NWA title also has an illustrious history but that’s barely been relevant the past 30 years.

Importance and spectacle.
People talk shit about the Dunn camera cuts but WWE’s production is second to none in the wrestling industry. Go watch an ROH show knowing what white balance is, you’ll vomit.
