They should've pulled out the TNA Lockdown/Alamodome map: Imagine getting hyped up for a packed out Alamodome show only to be shoved in the corner.

I’m assuming Summerslam is also a stadium show? They really assumed they were hot enough to fill two of these things in a month like a pandemic isn’t still ongoing? I just don’t get what they were even thinking with this. Within a month at that, because Money in the Bank is on July 2nd while SummerSlam is July 30th.July 31st ? That’s surely the earliest summerSlam has ever been. WWE hadn’t had any shows, either ordinary arena or stadium with fans in it for well over a year and yes mania 38 had fans, so in 2022 they decided to use the “buses” strategy which is none show up for ages and then three all at once. The problem is they over estimated the demand for them. It’s the old stadium that needed a card line.

Am I the only one who’s thinks of the pistons in the silverdome before the palace of auburn hills will built ? If you watch the NBA finals between the pistons and Lakers there’s a curtain at one end.

I don't think it's time to wonder when they'll be holding Raw tapings at the Manhattan Center yet, but between the Roman situation, the thinness of the roster over all, and the overall lacklustre quality of the booking, it's worth asking if WWE can draw the numbers to justify their plans to stadiumize their B-level premium live events. There's going to be a lot of unhappy ticketholders as a result of the bait-and-switch, and it might have been better simply to paper the upper decks of Allegiant and bump up the holders for those seats.
I'd suggest that they should take a bath on Allegiant rather than risk sales for the major event later that month.

When TNA literally booked themselves into a corner The wildest bit is that I remember it looking really damn good on TV so honestly TNA did a good job masking the corner of it all Yeah, we joke about it but the end result felt like one of the biggest shows in company history. And TNA didn’t usually do the best job of that production wise.

If I'm not mistaken isn't this one of their biggest live crowds as well? I was at the show and it was packed.

Impact just held their Rebellion ppv event there last month!

the MGM grand sold out pretty quick, and honestly it's going to look very good on TV especially if the crowd is into the show.
It is fun to go LOLWWE and I do think some decisions they make on the business sides are short sighted, but I do think this change will be very good for WWE in a lot of ways.

My only thing is, like, if I were them, I’d just have booked the MGM Grand in the first place and saved the headache since, yeah, it’s not a stadium but it’s not exactly a throwaway arena in the middle of the nowhere or attached to a university.

WWE's rode out the post-lockdown boom as well as they could but I do wonder if now that the novelty has worn off, we aren't going to see attendance backslide again. You're saying more of the same over and over and over and over ISN'T attracting fans?!
