The Deshaun Watson lawsuit total is now 24. Dude, have you read the specifics of her accusations? Now we know why Rusty Harden was trying to say that happy endings aren't criminal. The most amazing part is that I would be shocked if this is the end of it all. As more lawsuits come up I'm betting that more will decide that they feel brave enough to join in the fray as they have more support. Honestly, the NFL almost has to give separate suspensions for each accusation. Watson may be straight up done, and the Browns will have smurfed up their cap situation for years on end since they gave a guy who might essentially get banned 1/4 Billion dollars guaranteed. After the fact I put two and two together so yeah I think his lawyer was trying to get ahead of the news. |

Funny thing about Goodell’s dilemma is that he has at least 20-25 owners wanting him to straight up either ban him or permanently bury him on the commissioner’s exempt list for two reasons. The first is to make an example of him and the second is to Smurf over the Browns. Most teams are pissed about how the Browns completely reset the QB salary market.
We’re not talking about multi-time MVPs like Brady or Rodgers here. Russell Wilson, a longtime star who’s had a great deal of postseason success, is nearly getting paid half as much as a guy who didn’t play a down last season and is 1-2 in the playoffs (including a loss to the Colts where he embarrassed himself with his self-centered behavior). THIS is the guy the Browns blew up the salary scale for? Of course teams want the Browns to get punished by blowing up their cap w/o getting the player’s services they paid for.

Dude’s a B- level player strictly as a receiver. Tough, lots of YAC, hard to tackle still, but hands of brick and not really a deep threat. If they’re both strictly receivers this coming season, I’d bet Aiyuk has a better year. |

His value will never be higher. Hopefully it’s a meeting in the middle. He’ll still have it as a weapon in the toolbox, but won’t be relied on as hard as they did this past run. And with a QB who hopefully isn’t useless with his arm, it won’t be as needed. |

I’m surprised Belichick doesn’t bring Cam back in. Honestly he has some value on short yardage and goal to go situations and Mac Jones had trouble in the red zone
