Bell made as much in a year with the Jets as he would have in Pittsburgh, even with another year of the franchise tag. Steelers were gonna use up his prime without committing, which with a RB is the right thing to do. But I'm not gonna fault Bell for saying "That doesn't work for me." |

Le'Veon being a diva and wanting more money really worked out in the end huh? It worked out like gangbusters for him. It may have not aided his playing career any, but it saved him one year of getting brutalized because of how the Steelers used him and set him up much better financially. I can't fault him for that. I do wish that he had been able to perform a little better after his holdout in order to make a better accounting of himself, but otherwise I see no issues here. |

I was a three sport high school athlete and my football coach suggested taking boxing for conditioning. It's so damn exhausting, just keeping your guard up while blocking punches is difficult, let alone exerting force and throwing punches with any meaning behind them.
