So if these two games are both win and you are in, with no outside help needed Jets vs Dolphins, Lions at Packers, which game is getting the Sunday Night slot?

I don't get why Denver would fire Hackett *now*. After the season? Sure, it's been a disaster. A month ago? Sure, you have a highly touted DC in Ejiro Eviro that has been talked about as a potential HC candidate, who you might as well give an audition to, to see if he can win your job (and, as an added bonus, if he were to fail as HC, that would probably make it easier to keep him as DC with a new HC next year). Now? There are two games left. What can Evero (or whoever becomes the interim coach - I haven't seen who it will be yet) do with two games left? I'm guessing he could at least say that the defense is playing hard and the team never quit on him. To see the team that unprepared and lost on national TV (against another unwatchable Rams team no less) must have just been the final straw.

Russel Wilson is fastly taking Aaron Rodgers’ spot as the most coddled quarterback in the NFL…

My guess is that the locker room fully turned against him. You get rid of him to restore some semblance of peace. It's nuts that it's the second year in a row where a first year head coach gets fired mid-season. Granted, Urban Meyer had extenuating circumstances. But neither should've been NFL head coaches to begin with. And the 3rd coach fired in his first year over the last 1.5 seasons. David Culley got fired after the season by the Texans

I hope when they fired him he went: "Looks like I..." "...couldn't hack it"

Knew Hackett was getting fired after that loss, not just because it was a blowout, but multiple fights from Denver players during the game with the Rams and themselves, he lost the room completely
You should have fired his ass after week 1 and that field goal call. It set the tone for the rest of their season. Would it have actually mattered? Maybe not, but as he kept blowing games, he brought this team down with him.
Now this franchise has a lot to answer for, first thing's getting a competent head coach, the next is gonna be deciding if the coaching was an issue, or if you overspent on a washed Russell Wilson for the next decade...

Tua's apparently in concussion protocol again and his status for the next game is in doubt
It would explain why he threw three straight picks to end the Green Bay game, but also if he played with a concussion AGAIN this season, that whole medical staff is getting fired...

So, what would this be his 3rd concussion in one season? Yeah, this is not good

Someone should be exclusively watching Tua every game to see how he is feeling

Guess he was taking a whiz.

Three concussions in less than a season for Tua. What a shame. It might be time for him to retire and think about his health. How many more concussions could he possibly take. And in such a short amount of time too.

One more thing......... Just remember that the NFL cares very deeply about player safety. That's why they won't do anything to the Dolphins for letting their star QB suffer a third concussion in less than a season and then trot him out onto the field afterwards for an entire half. Again!!! But remember, the NFL cares about player safety lots and lots.

Not to mention they got the youth game on Nick which is huge for helping to gain the next generation of fans and looked like a vintage Browns or Lions team. They've also blown their chances at primetime games next year. It's a huge setback for the Walton-Penner group looking to grow the brand after spending $4,000,000,000+ on it.

Guess he was taking a whiz. Which is an even bigger black eye after how much they was supposed to crack down after the last incident. 3 concussions in a year should end his season if he does indeed have one
