I guess Jadeveon Clowney wanted to tank his earning potential next year even more than his drop in production has done. He did an interview, went scorched earth on the Browns, his coaches, and his teammates. After reading it, Kevin Stefanski sent him home when he showed up for work today.

The Buffalo Bills tweeted that Damar Hamlin's breathing tube was removed overnight, according to doctors, and he's been able to talk with his family and health care providers.
"He continues to progress remarkably in his recovery," the team said.
The Bills said that Hamlin joined a team meeting via FaceTime and was able talk to players and coaches. “Love you boys,” he told the team.

I didn’t even realize that he was on the Browns…but it being the Browns he scorched I doubt most other teams will care as they’re a joke all the way around.

Clowney seems like one of those guys who has never/will never hit his full potential due to a combination of injuries and immaturity

My guy literally died twice and might walk out of this relatively unscathed. Amazing. Telling death 'That doesn't work for me brother!' x2 is pretty unbelievable.

For those wondering about the possible neutral site for the AFC championship game, it sounds like Lucas Oil Stadium is a solid contender for it. Some people noted that there is a national volleyball tournament scheduled for that weekend and had the stadium listed as where games would be played, but the reality was that it was always the preferred site of the games but an alternate site in the convention center itself was always the alternate in the event that the NFL (specifically, the Colts) needed the stadium to host the AFC championship game. They simply had started penciling in the volleyball tournament when the Colts were eliminated from playoff contention. The stadium is still available for the NFL and the city would happily flex the volleyball games to the neighboring convention center and make money off of both at the same time.

I enjoy how the NFL can't even follow it's own rule and then changes rules on the fly...yep that's real fair.

Also for the record, f*** Buffalo, expecting all this preferential treatment etc, you all f***ed the Bengals and the Chiefs...there are consequences to your decisions and the NFL literally bending over backwards for the Bills is a sad display and it contradicts the NFL's own rule book.

Even though I stick with my original point of not wanting the format to get too gimmicky... I'd fully be ok with this suggestion:
(Ironically enough, a coin flip actually sounds like a better option than any of the neutral site/moving title games mumbo jumbo. It would be fair in a great equalizer sort of way, not to mention that it's something that's long since been already established in the NFL rule book.)
