Probably be fine for a while but eventually Stephanie/HHH will become threatened by Nick Khan and force him out would be my guess.

It depends a lot on how much Stephanie inherited from Vince in terms of being a control freak. Maybe she won't be as obsessed with Vincespeak as her dad was, and commentary will be allowed to breathe without a crazed septuagenarian yelling in their ear. Or maybe things will be more like the previous status quo than people would like once the shock wears off backstage.

I have no idea what it'll look like. I'm hoping for big changes.
I haven't really watched since 2014. I don't have the foggiest idea who anyone on the current roster is except the guys who were there then, but I'm really interested to see how things go. I'll wait until the Royal Rumble to hear if there's been big improvements and will give it another shot if there has been.

I noticed that Ric Flair was added back into the “Then, Now, Forever” video on Smackdown last night. Was he added back before or after Vince retired? That Wooo has been back for at least a few weeks, I think.

We're all kind of taken it for granted that Vince isn't going to Tony Soprano/backseat this thing, but, if I were to wish for anything, it's that I never have to hear to word 'stupendous' spoken with a straight face again. How about a "Good Old Fashioned" Battle Royal or Donnybrook?

All Vince's dumb buzzwords need to go.

Shareholders will be jumpy enough as it is, I agree with those saying it'll be small and more like 'business as usual' to begin with.

Right now the after-hours trading has been incredibly stable (even going up slightly), so if that's the case, I can see them making some changes as it'll show the stockholders aren't that jumpy.

I just hope NXT looks a little black and gold again mixed with a Toxic Attraction.

I just hope NXT looks a little black and gold again mixed with a Toxic Attraction. Honestly, Triple H is gonna have a million new responsibilities dealing with the main roster itself, I doubt he's gonna have much time to do much about NXT.

Important question - does Triple H get a boner nowadays?

I think NXT 2.0 should mostly stay as is. I have no particular love or hate for the 2.0 product (okay, Bron Breakker being devoured by liberals was hilarious and I loved that lmao). But Black & Gold, while it was a great product, lost sight of being a developmental territory. It just became Triple H's in-house super-indie and a lot of success there rarely translated to the main roster.
If Triple H becomes more involved with creative, I'd like some of his mannerisms for booking B&G to make it to Raw and Smackdown. NXT having growing pains and feeling rough around the edges is fine. That's what development is for.

That's what development is for. Eh. I think a lot of the "black and gold rarely translated to the main roster" was almost entirely due to Vince meddling and changing things. Like name changes (Pete Dunne to BUTCH, Keith "Bearcat" Lee, The New Vicious Viking Raiders), and other things mainly due to him. I'm pretty sure if they kept the presentation of the stars the same from NXT, things would have been much different, and people would have been more successful. And I can't see any 2.0 callups finding much success either. Especially on the women's side of things. Where the only person I can see finding any sort of success is Tiffany Stratton, and she's definitely going to need a repackage because the "Daddy's Girl" gimmick is going to die a horrible death on the main roster. And I think outside of maybe someone like Bron and maybe Carmelo, there is absolutely no one else on the men's side I could see being on the main card at Mania.

The former Rok-C is someone who could definitely hang with the main roster. She's a prodigy. Just needs seasoning.

There'll be some movement backwards in the lexicon used in WWE: a return to the traditional terms like "belt", "strap", "title shot", etc. This will reflect the idea that those running the company and its presentation are knowledgeable about pro wrestling's history and appreciate the craft. With Dunn reined in (if he keeps his job), it'd be nice to see WWE not so embarrassed to call itself a wrestling company.
