Are you expecting any presentation differences with the shows? Will the product show new life and freshness? Expecting much of the same? Which stars get pushes and what stories can you expect to see? Raw seems to be going to TV-14 soon, will that show get some edgy mature content again?
With Vince completely out, it’s a brand new era for WWE. There might be a lot of the same, but they’re know longer answering to Vince about creative or the business end overall. We saw HHH build up so many faces of talent in NXT so it will be fascinating to see what he does with this main roster of talent.

To start with probably just subtle changes, tolerable commentary, shows not being rewritten at the last minute, everything not going through the prism of Vince's own tastes.
Certain ways of doing things will be deeply ingrained and will take a while to change.

A lot will change, albeit not everything. If Pritchard is still heading creative, you have a guy who is basically cut from the same cloth as Vince in a ton of ways.
I also do not know how free a hand everyone's going to have given Vince still presumably owns controlling voting shares, doesn't he? So they may still ultimately be too beholden to him to rock the boat too much.

The changes are going to be really gradual at first; Michael Cole sounding a bit less micromanaged, maybe a transition away from a lot of the excessively stiff and Vince-ey verbiage. The small touches are likely to be what you notice first; talents stop getting weird name changes like "The New Vicious Viking Raiders". Things will just sound a bit more like things real people say, maybe. It's a minor element, but it's one that feels pretty certain.

They will be going to Vince for advice like Michael Corleone did with Don Vito.

The ringing in Michael Coles ears will go away.

There were some simple little changes lastnight atleast to me like guys and gals getting their full entrances and not doing the usual...one gets their full entrance cut to commercial come back and opponent or opponents are already in the ring or more than half way down the ramp.
It was small little things I began to notice like that which may seem insignificant and trivial in the long run but it was a change that made the show already feel both different then it was in months and just feel better paced.
One big change I see happening is alot of NXT black and gold talent getting strong pushes and just overall benefiting the most with the new regime...I look for someone like Ciampa to start looking much better than he has since he got the call up.
And people like Theory to fall down the card and get a much slower push.

PWTorch had a big writeup on Vince's retirement, and while I can't post the entire thing since its behind a paywall, one of the key things they pointed out is that the women (NXT in particular) were happy about Vince leaving. It was also pointed out that Stephanie has been a big supporter of the women and wants to focus on them more.

Depending on who stays in the behind-the-scenes corporate side of things, hopefully, we don't enter WWE's version of Disney's "What would Walt have done?" era

I have no idea what Nick Khan will add to the outward product moving forward. Triple H will be a voice which will hopefully ask questions like “why are we putting Brock & Roman in a main event when we just ended their story arc a little over 90 days ago”.

Well triple h will be a wrestlers voice at the table which can only help. Like you pointed out I hope triple h asks more “and then what…”, and “why are we going this direction?” Simple questions that will help. It will also help if the creative team aren’t writing TV based on what a 76 year old nut case things is funny.

Wait and see. We don't know if there will be a huge overhaul or if it will be business as usual

I think some changes will be gradual. I also wonder how much actually will change in the first few years without him in charge. He's still the majority stakeholder and it's been said people will likely still look to Vince for input, even if he's not in charge.

Triple H comes out Tuesday night to address NXT.
"Man what happened to this place? Hey Kev and Shawn we got work to do."
Cameras turn to Michaels and Nash spray painting black and gold over the 2.0 kaleidoscope splash.
Cameras pan back to Hunter.
"That's more like it."

I noticed that Ric Flair was added back into the “Then, Now, Forever” video on Smackdown last night. Was he added back before or after Vince retired?

Were promos scripted down to the word a Vince thing?
Even last night the Profits seemed more tolerable and hype than normal, and not really obnoxious forced hype like actual hype. Dawkins fire was new.
Imagine a world where folks who can handle it get bullet points and can do a little bit of their own thing!

Watching Smackdown I noticed Michael Cole called the audience fans instead of the WWE Universe a couple of times.

We've all kind of taken it for granted that Vince isn't going to Tony Soprano/backseat this thing, but, if I were to wish for anything, it's that I never have to hear to word 'stupendous' spoken with a straight face again.
