I think it depends on the criteria. For pure in-ring work, Steamboat/Savage, Bret/Owen in the cage, Shawn/Razor ladder match, or something like that.

But, for me, for the pure spectacle of professional wrestling that made the WWF/WWE the number one company in the world, it has to be Hogan/Andre at Mania III. There's nothing that encapsulates "sports entertainment" quite as much as that match, for me.
