Personally, I think it would have been funny if his graphic said like “has bank account with mother” but that’s because I’m prettier than AEW.

The only thing that could be considered petty was Excalibur mentioning Colt's mom. Other than that it was AEW finally using one of their employees who just so happened to stop getting booked once his former friend got hired. They never mentioned Punk or the scrum.

Yeah it was petty by AEW. So what? I won't be crying any tears for Punk over it. I expect more than pettiness from a million/billion dollar company. I thought WWE was bad when it came to that, guess AEW isn’t that different. Pettiness using an already contracted talent that got needlessly dragged for 5 full minutes by a man at a press conference because some rumors hurt his feelings. This is some big baby energy ngl. |

They should have played the opening riff of "Cult of Personality", then cut to Colt's theme. I'm 100% convinced they are finally going to do this with MJF at the Dynamite in Chiago after Full Gear, in potentially his first appearance as the new AEW World Champion. |

I wish we had concern trolling for other promotions in history like we do for AEW. It would have been good to have some Crockett fan saying “I’m just so disappointed that they signed both Hebners. So petty of them to do that and pretend they’re not twins.”
