It’s just amazing to think about how far we’ve come. The first several months of Punk’s run were so good and well received. All he needed to do was make it through the end of his contract without incident and he would have gone out on a great run that gave him a stellar legacy. Instead, uh, this happened. love him or hate him we do have that return and all time pop he got |

Yep choosing to stay out of that debate this late in the game...I caught a lot of bullets when the first one failed to hit the numbers and was saying that and the backlash on that thread was rough for awhile. Not proclaiming my innocence from testy banter just don't really get it either. Nothing to really celebrate at all here unfortunately. I’m pretty upset at the fact that Punk’s run has gone to Shit as a Punk fan and a chi native, but man has the past year been entertaining Romeoville represent haha |

His run from when he returned from injury has been such a wet fart, and a lot of the blame for that is on Punk, dude has been absolutely awful as a face. |

No they aren't. As much as they get shit and get it wrong, basically the bulk of their highest traffic stuff is almost entirely Punk related. They didn't get the Vince indicted stuff for weeks and they barely bother to ask tough questions about that, so Punk is their meal ticket at this point. The vibe I've gotten is that yeah, it's money, but they also sound so exhausted of this shit after a point. Still, it's probably welcome post-Bray and Funk to have something stupid to talk about that isn't hugely tragic. That's what the money is for Don Draper.gif I'm too lazy to grab it. |
