It'd be cool, but I'd rather see Okada and YOSHI-HASHI as a tag team going for the titles if/when they ever allow Okada to try for another title belt. I don't think he ever even won the IC title, did he?

I think Triple H actually just wants the Never belt I want WWE to do something ridiculously blatant. According to New Japan President Ohbari, Strong is being rebuilt to adapt to the current environment with a focus on quality over quantity.
Sounds like they are going to do weekly shows instead of mass tapings.

It's a bold move. Block tapings are very cost-effective, but they are also grueling to the audience even at the best of times. It also limits what you can do without spoilers being an irritant or losing momentum, along with limiting how much a booker can pivot, since you're going to get a bunch of feedback way after the fact, some weeks. This encourages very "safe", risk-averse booking, which isn't really the best at capturing audience imagination.
Still... their costs are going to go up. I hope the ticket sales will be good and make it worth their while.

Reports have suggested if Omega stayed after WK13, Okada would become Intercontinental champion and Naito's first opponent in the Double Gold Dash in WK14. But in reality, no, Okada was never Intercontinental champion. |

Thanks to this thread I just did some research and found out New Japan has booked The 2300 Arena on April 16th for Collision in Philadelphia
Sounds alot more glamorous than Strong tapings, so more likely its another state side PPV based off the ticket prices.
Tickets go on sale 1.13

Lindaman finally lost the G-REX title in GLEAT earlier. I don’t know if that would open him up to work with New Japan more often, but I’d love to see him back as often as possible.

Today is Bad Luck Fale's birthday. DEH UNDA BOSS Fale was a perfect bodyguard/henchman. Even his IC title run was brief but no doubt if Balor/Devitt stuck around you would had the picture of him sitting on Fale shoulders with the IWGP title |
