What does this “shockwave” show that I’ve been hearing about contribute to any of this, is it replacing rampage? Is a rumor? Why was Rampage/shockwave not mentioned in the new deal? Is it cancelled? I think it's safe to assume that Rampage not being mentioned means it's going away. Shockwave is a show that is rumored to go to a FOX property. The current thought is it'd be a Tuesday or Thursday show. No word yet if it's an hour or two hours or what. So it’s Ranpage with a new name? How would the new show differentiate from Dynamite and Collision? |

He does the full Goldberg entrance including piped in ‘Tony, Tony’ chants and then when he gets to the top of the ramp he cuts his usual weird energy style promo announcing the deal. Then sets off a years worth of pyro. He does all of that, and goes "ladies and gentlemen, here to tell you more about our new deal is somebody that knows a little bit about money..."  The collective groan when ‘here comes the money’ hits will be heard across the internet would be something else (although the live crowd might pop) |

It isn't official yet, but Shockwave will be with FOX and wouldn't be part of this deal. I assume it will also start in January right after Rampage ends. |

There's always great stuff on Collision but Dynamite is definitely the storyline mover. The general assumption is that it would be some sort of in betweener for Dynamite-Collision or Raw-SD since it's not like Fox would let it be a whatever show. |

THANK F*** THAT’S OVER! These threads can finally be pea… God damnit, I hate how right you are. Trust me, I wish I was wrong, but there's an entire cottage industry built around tearing AEW down. It's not disappearing because something went AEW's way. I wish it would. This deal is a win for them because means another five years. |

Fox getting a Rampage replacement and pushing AEW to actually book meaningful stuff on it could be best thing to happen to AEW in ages.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Rampage most of the time as much as the next sicko but it's incredibly skippable most of the time and Collision is heading that way at times so anything that raises the other shows somewhat closer to Dynamite is something I really want
