Literally no part of this storyline has been logical. At all. At every single turn it's been entirely dependent on every single person in Roman's orbit making constant braindead decisions that never account for all the same tired tricks he breaks out month after month after month, all while he gets endlessly praised as the greatest of all time for his ability to accidentally knock down a referee every 20 minutes. I don't know why this would break the story for anyone because it's no worse than it was six months ago or a year ago or two and a half years ago. It's stupid all the way down. And no, that Jimmy logic does not even slightly track. Getting pissed off over Jey overshadowing him makes sense, sure, but getting more pissed off at him than at Roman and Solo mutilating him doesn't. Yeah, everyone keeps making the dumbest choices possible and conveniently said choices always be for Roman. He’s like a anime character with massive plot armor at this point. |

absolutely. just saying it makes sense, whether we like it or not. Storyline can make sense and still feel like WCW Russo bullshit in its execution imo, which is what it's felt like in excusing the run to be continuing as it has. That's what this felt like, felt like we're running in a giant circle and have been since Cody lost just to get back to another Cody/Roman Mania match and it's agonizing lol I get the the second half of your statement but not the Russo comparison. Jimmy turning on Jey was clearly going to happen and makes sense imo. |

Yeah it kinda did. Jey being the first to pin Roman at MITB was a big part of the story. And Cody beating Lesnar in a feud was needed to overcome adversity on the road to redemption. Jey pinning Roman would have still been a big deal to set up the SummerSlam match regardless. And Cody being champion can immediately segue to the Brock feud without any issues. It probably enhances the story since we would understand why they're fighting. It all still works. You wouldn't even need to tweak tonight's Cody / Brock match in any way, because if Brock was defending the belt it'd still make sense that he kept going for a count out. |

It kinda just feels like they yanked it out of their ass especially given Jimmy was gone the entire time and was taken out BECAUSE of Roman and Solo The reasoning is logical in the sense he's gonna feel jaded but in the end it just makes him look like a giant dumbass because he accomplished literally nothing, even more so if he just joins back up with the Bloodline, again, giant shitty circle lol Maybe that's part of the story now. But if he joins with the bloodline again, yeah that would be stupid. |

I have absolutely no interest in watching a Matt vs Nick Jackson match or anything involving New Day against each other. If you wanted them to do singles separately, fine go ahead. But a lot of the time tag teams breaking up/facing against each other just flat out isn't good. Not everything works out like Bret/Owen. |

I saw the results and just laughed. Last I watched WWE Jimmy was pushing Jey to turn on Roman, then gleefully tagged him to a match so Jey could pin Roman.
Just laughable. Hope people like the next 8 months of this slog.

Which may not happen since Roman looked confused as hell when Jimmy was walking out I can buy into it Roman did like a blood oath saying Jimmy would Tribal Chief when he was done and Jimmy saying f*** it i'll take it. I think is simply sibling jealousy tho. Jey getting the pin, Jey being told he would be Tribal Chief, Jey communicating with the elders , Jimmy has never had the singles opportunities Jey had etc.. |
