This isn't meant as a slight to Jade, but in terms of WWE'S initial expectations? She's probably not been to that level yet, but I also think that's more on WWE for how they took a few months to really know what to do with her as well as how WWE tends to book the non horse women.

Overall though I think she's been fine. Still probably not where they'd want in ring wise but I do think WWE is better at playing to her strengths than AEW was (and I also defender her in AEW too)

I don't want to disparage too much in her fan thread, but I'll just say that I don't think anyone could have lived up to the hype they gave her.

I'd say worse than WWE was expecting, but the fans are still behind her, so it's going ok.

I think the biggest plus has been that the tag team has given Bianca a refresh. Since Bianca has to play the face in peril role in the matches, it slightly tones down the problems with "Super Bianca".

I think they’re using her well. Her greenness is somewhat protected by being in a tag team. The belts are mostly meaningless, but feel more relevant when Jade/Bianca have them imo so they’re elevating them slightly. She’s getting some reps before they inevitably break their team up and feud at Wrestlemania or something so hopefully she’s ready for a bigger spotlight by then.

I'd say better. I couldn't imagine her having some of these tag matches before WWE. That might be because she was rarely (if ever? can't remember) put in those types of matches but I think she's done well for herself even with the occasional botch. These matches have been a whole lot of fun once you escape the noise.

I’d personally say slightly worse.

It started strong. When she signed it was pretty heavily covered on social media and mentioned on TV. She had those little segments where she visited every brand and she had such an aura about her and already looked like a star. She had an amazing showing at the Royal Rumble, and a really solid Wrestlemania showing. The tag team with Bianca makes sense, and she’s had two title runs. All pretty positive.

But I don’t think she gives off the same kind of star power she did when she first showed up, and her matches usually feature at least one clunky moment or botch.

I thought they were going to strap the rocket on her and give her the Ronda/Logan Paul push of practicing out her matches, which I think would have worked. I still get the vibe that she’s not going to be around for *that* long (I can’t see her still being here in 5 years) and it’s one of those situations where they could get a lot out of her in the time that she is here. Push her strong for a year or two and have her put some people over on the way out. She looks amazing on advertisements, she’s well spoken doing media…there’s a lot they can still do to take full advantage of what she brings to the table.

I think once this tag title reign is over she’ll be the heel in a feud with Bianca and then we’ll see where we go from there.

Big let down so far. It's gonna sound mean when I say it but I haven't been impressed with anything I've seen out of her. She somehow seems like she's acually gotten worse since her AEW run?

She’s improved a whole lot sense she debuted, She’s excelling both in tag and singles matches now. Can’t wait to see what her future holds after her tag team with Bianca is done

The obvious ones match is with Rhea. But Jade isn’t ready and by the time she is Rhea won’t be as red hot as she is now. Poor timing all round.

I would say slightly worse. I don't think she's been a total flop or anything but at the same time when they signed I don't think the intention was to make her a tag team wrestler. I kind of get the feeling they probably wanted to do her against Bianca at Summerslam initially and realized she still needed more time and I assume are now holding off to Mania instead. I think once she loses Bianca as her security blanket then it's going to be sink or swin. They're obviously going to give her good chances with her look but at the same time if her work hasn't come along like they hoped I could also just see her slowly falling down the card once the Bianca feud is over.

I agree that so far the biggest positive of her run is that it's indirectly made Bianca a little more versatile as the whole Wonder Woman face thing was getting old and the team with Jade has actually made her look more vulnerable for once since she has to be the one to play face in peril to cover for Jade's limitations.

Honestly I don't see Jade being the heel in the feud with Bianca. I think they might turn Bianca heel. Her reactions have been getting slightly cooler, and it's pretty clear they are dialing into something with Iyo talking about how she's living rent free in Bianca's head. But didn't bring up Jade at all either.

I thought she would've been a single's champ on one of the brands by now, so worse than I personally expected. I do feel like WWE's done a generally good job of booking around her shortcomings though.

I would not mine this as she's the one to end Liv's title run. She goes through JD too in the process making Finn, JD, Carlito and Dom all sell her offence during interference. She would offer fresh matchups as the champion and a Rhea/Jade feud is so much money.

I find it really interesting that much like in AEW, she tends to have better matches with greener indie talent (like her NXT match) as opposed to veterans.

I wonder if, and I don't mean to critique her about this, the greener talent are more likely to be happy to let her throw them around quite roughly because they don't have clout to object or ask her to go easy?

I believe tonight was thr 2nd time Jade has main evented in her career. 1st was in her final match in aew. Cool!
