I guess once Smackdown moves to USA the only wrestling OTA outside of WOW (should it not be canceled) would be the WWE specials on NBC which will probably be a couple of SNME specials, an severally edited broadcast of Wrestlemania and Tribute to the troops

Reminds me of when ICW lost their TV deal due to a spot involving a dildo getting broadcast at 5am, so it was considered early morning instead of late night (where it woulda been fine).

This makes me think of the Green Day album that was advertised with billboards featuring a line of coke and shit copy. It cam across as an edgy attempt to salvage a product that was hot garbage at best.

Think they were referring to shows on networks and it'd be accurate unless FOX were to bid for AEW which I don't really see why they would.

I wouldn't rule out Fox being interested in AEW as a far cheaper alternative to Smackdown for an original programming block. But I wouldn't say it's exactly likely either.

Apparently, when negotiations were going on to bring the NWA to The CW, Corgan was told that the network would not be watching the PPVs and would only be concerned with what happened on the TV show airing on their platform.

I get the perception that you need to grow and that pushing the envelope is the way to do it, but it so rarely works and just takes the focus away from putting on a solid, consistent quality show.
