Tony should follow Toni, in terms of how to act. I don’t think the world would be ready for demented 1940s Hollywood actress Tony Khan. And I mean, like, ever. Timeless Toni Storm and Turbulent Tony Khan sharing the big screen would be some sort of acid trip 100%.

There's ways you can use Social Media/Youtube/etc to try to build up attention and fan support while not coming across as whiney and bitter (Zach Ryder's old school Youtube channel did a lot to gain him attention)

Tony should lead by example. Tony should follow Toni, in terms of how to act. Chin up, tits out, and be afraid for your life.

It happens in every wrestling company that lets talent say what they want online whether it's AEW or WWE or Impact (shit idk, I don't watch Impact). It's just part of the gig. Some wrestlers have legit complaints, others don't and are just whining, that's what happens. It barely happens in WWE. We use to get a lot of "morale is low" stuff about WWE but not really anyone named. You don't see a bunch of talent going on social media, podcast, and to dirt sheets unless they been released or quit. AEW has it seems like almost every week something comes out about it. The last guy I remember from WWE who air his issues in WWE was Mustafa Ali a couple years ago. The rest been rumors and ext. But not the talent themselves on social media post long rants or on a show talking about it. That's because they would make an example of you if you did....by refusing to do what you wanted like Ali got paid to sit on his couch when he just wanted to be released. We've seen some of that with Miro as he bitches constantly and has had large swaths of time at home...and AEW gets hit for doing that as well.

"Hey Matt, mind if we have a quick talk?" "Hey Britt, can we discuss your issues with Thunder Rosa for a sec?"

Brie Bella at home be like “Honey, when did we get this luxury boat?”. And Bryan will be like “This? Dax Harwood bought it for me with all his fines from complaining on the internet”.

"Look Kevin...it's the police"
Why would you put Danielson in charge of that and just generate more animosity towards locker room leaders instead of designating an actual office person for that who can be relatively faceless? You know, LIKE AN ACTUAL ORGANIZATION WOULD DO!?!?!
Good f***ing lord, talking about professionalism when the company set up is as professional as building a dam made of LEGO's to stop a flood. This industry is just a big ol' joke, lmao.

On the other hand in WWE according to SRS there is already mixed reaction on Punk but talent wont air the negatives publicly.(likely a Hunter call because he doesnt want a repeat of what Punk did in AEW)

The easy to joke is to ask if Bryan has fined TK yet.
That being said, I think this is honestly again, a reminder that AEW is still such a young company and TK/his circle thinking you could run things like they did from Dailey's place as the growth continued. I think a lot of it comes down to naivety from a lot of people involved. That's not really a defense of anybody, but the common theme from a lot of people is that TK does deeply care about the wrestlers and wants to do right by them, but he has a lot of stuff on his plate and a lot of responsibilities were not properly delegated. Again not an excuse nor really a criticism. I think everybody from the executives to the wrestlers to the fans sometimes forget how insanely quick AEW has grown, and when you grow that fast you learn really quick who can actually handle responsibilities and who can't.
I've said it before where I always see people talking about how AEW misses Cody backstage. I don't necessarily agree with that, but I do think they miss him from a PR standpoint. Cody could go out and have the interviews that I think TK struggles with and nobody else has stepped up to that. Sounds like Bryan doesn't mind doing that

I honestly get how in a managerial sense and even for people dedicated to make AEW as a company work have those guys arrive, get air time and ask for release to go back to the place that threw then out
