In another thread I used the phrase "get two birds stoned at once" and that's a Rickyism from Trailer Park Boys. I use "it ain't rocket appliances" quite a bit too and it got me thinking of some of the movie and tv quotes that I've quietly co-opted for my own use over the years
"Son of a von druke!" from SNL and 30 Rock
"Holy schneikes!" from Tommy Boy
"You are the motherf***ing anti-Christ!" from Private Parts (don't use that everyday, but it is fun to bust out when somebody slights you in the most minor way)
Can't even list all the ones I've stolen from Letterkenny
I'm definitely drawing a blank on a lot more haha, but this is a start. Anyone else use phrases in daily life that you blatantly ripped off of movies/TV? Not counting stuff like "D'oh" that are blatantly in the dictionary now tho

I use "You're not wrong; you're just an asshole," from The Big Lebowski quite frequently.

Many Friends, The Office, Major League, Sopranos quotes. My wife and I sometimes talk strictly in movie/TV quotes.

I've been known to use "F**k-a-doodle-doo" from 'Shaun of the Dead' on more than a few dozen times.

Shit so many. I quote Twin Peaks,Red Dwarf,The Young Ones and Freaks and Geeks often.
Most of the time to people that have no clue what I am quoting.
Girlfriend gets in doll that her mother collects. It is pasty white and wrapped in Bubble wrap .
"She's dead....wrapped in plastic"
Get a blank stare.
"She's DEAD.....WRAPPED IN PLASTIC!"
Blank stare again.
Twin Peaks come on.... then remember she was in like 3rd grade when it aired and only watched Disney Channel and her Little Mermaid VHS.
And yes she has now seen every bit of Twin Peaks and loves it.
EDIT-Not tv but I quote stuff from Preacher and Hate comics often too.
"Look a magic whistle" or "Until the end of the World"

My friend and I get stuck in some of the most obscure quotes we can remember. There’s a line from an episode of the sitcom Something So Right that we’ve been using for over 25 years. I don’t know why. No one remembers that show. I don’t even remember that show.

"I just want a big bowl of pie, with some ice cream. PUT IT ON YOUR HEAD! Your tongue would slap your brains out trying to get to it!"
"GET TO THE CHOPPAH!"
"Where's Batman? At home, washing his tights!"
This is what my elderly patients put up with on a daily basis lol

When something doesn't go my way, I often say "That's not what I wanted! I wanted balloons with happy faces!" which was from Comedy Central Presents Dave Atell.
That's the only one I can think of off-hand.

I insert the Rock's "Blue Hell" into sentences when I'm not sure who somebody or what something is.

I also say “Holy Schneikes”.
“What is your major malfunction(,Private Pyle)?” from Full Metal Jacket, or it’s toned down version “What’s your boggle?” from Demolition Man.

“Too slow, chicken Marengo!” “All of this is mine…except for that bit. I don’t want that.” “Mister Flibble is very cross.”
So many great quotes from Red Dwarf

"You think you know a guy"
"There ain't no village"
"What I say is very baffling"
"Everyone bow your heads, and pretend to be serious"

Usually when I'm driving and someone in front of me is very slow to do anything, I exclaim "T-t-t-today, junior!" from Billy Madison.
Also, Carl from Aqua Teen's "It don't matter. None of this matters." gets used frequently.
