Emo Peter does make sense.
Face it... Peter's a huge nerd. He's never been cool. So to him, looking Emo and Disco dancing would make him cool. Instead, he looks like a bigger dork.

Sounds like you are just trying to convince yourself that it wasn't up to snuff. Whatever, dude, we get it. I personally loved it and nothing you can say will change that. Ditto. I absolutely adored the movie and I could care less what anyone else thinks. So you care what other people think then?

Sure.
It doesn't bother me what people feel about the movie one way or another. I enjoyed it and that's what counts.

So you care that someone else thinks it was crap? Or you don't care?

So you care that someone else thinks it was crap? Or you don't care? Don't care. If someone else thinks it was crap, that's their opinion, and I am completely comfortable with it.

Just saw it, cool film plenty of action and laughs. Pity about a few plot holes but it was still entertaining.
edit: May as well expand on the plot holes ... potential SPOILERS beware!
Gwen Stacy is going to the jazz club with Peter ... erm why? Isn't she with Eddie Brock? No mention of the two breaking up at all, yet Eddie/Venom claims it's Peters fault.
How does Venom know about the Sandman's daughter? No reference to that anywhere except between the sandman and his family.
Harry gets blown up, but then spidey goes to him for help? How come he isn't dead? Why would pete think he is still alive?

I think Eddie was just under that impression, or he was exaggerating because they went out for coffee.

Didn't Eddie tell her father that he was dating her when she was hanging from the building?

I must be the few people who just doesnt like any of the Spiderman Movies. I'm with you on this one. As I've mentioned before, if it wasn't for Franco, I'd wouldn't be in such a hurry to see these movies.

Since Peter is "emo" in the movie, would it be appropraite for me to sing "HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME?!?!" every time he starts crying, just to be a dick?

He may have been under the impression they were dating, like she was misleading him...or he was just taking things too fast in his own head, or any number of things.

Yeah didn't she say they had coffee once and that was it? Brock's such a ego head that he'd obviously say they were dating when all it was was a little get together that was meaningless.

This movie was great. I don't know why it's getting torn apart, it was far greater than both the first and the second in my opinion. Those of you who say there wasn't enough Venom: really, where else could they go with it. I felt he was taking up too much time as it was. The ending was perfect and I can even say I shed a tear of joy as I have watching the rest of the series. This movie would be a great conclusion to the series the way it ended but if they were to do more movies I can only imagine where they'll take the series next. For the first time in a long time I am excited and pleasantly surprised by a movie franchise. I haven't been this pleased watching a movie at the threater in a long time, infact I may actually do something I very rarely do and that is go and see it again it's that good. Seriously.
