It'd be cool for him to bust it out in big matches, but if we're talking knee-to-the-head-KO-finishers, I don't understand why he doesn't use a vicious Shining Wizard as his finisher.

What's Punk going to call the "new" move? Do they keep the Go 2 Sleep name (which is awesome) or come up with something else? I like "punk'd up"

Helms uses it (rather badly IMO and Punk's is 100x better) but still, he uses it. No two guys in the same fed should have the same finisher and seniority takes priority.

Helms should go back to using the Final Cut, that move fits his size better.

Sucks Helms doesn't use the Vertebreaker anymore. That move could get a pop out of the deadest crowd.

I like Punk, at least the stuff I've seen.
In his WWE tenure I only have one issue, and that's he uses a Uranage Slam as a setup for his Anaconda Vice (I am partial to the move, I use it on my E-Fed guy). Unfortunately it isn't like the Crossface, that can come from ALMOST nowhere, but there are a lot of Puro and American moves that can be used as a Setup:
Keep the Uranage Slam, but it shouldn't be used against bigger guys. He already uses an STO, add maybe a Slingblade, a Neckbreaker Drop, perhaps even the Final Cut/Nightmare on Helms Street as setups for it. Expanding the repetoire from where that moves comes out of would be a boon to him
As for the hold itself, TRAP THE OTHER ARM (Tenzan does, and SHINGP, I think thats the guy, does as well), and bridge it, make it look like it hurts more.
Shining Wizard. YES! He's done it before (ROH), and unlike the Shining Enzuigiri-doohickie that Helms uses, he nails it well.

I think a Top Wrist Lock STO into an Anaconda vice would be bad ass

certainly i can understand people complaining about wrestlers' stealing big moves (like Arik Cannon using Burning Hammers onto chairs and crapting all over everything Kobashi has done) but Punk has brought great things to the WWE, where NONE of these fans will ever see moves of that nature. very classy tribute in my eyes. uhhh dan maff did the burning hammer onto the chairs. maff also used it as his normal finisher too while arik cannon uses the grimerling warlock.

Actually Tenzan's the one who brought the Uranage-into-Vice setup.

A Hammerlock Uranage would be fricken' sweet too, it would pin his far arm. If he can't do the Pepsi Plunge, then how about a Top-Rope Tiger Driver (A nod to another of my E-fed compatriots, whom with this move OWNS on any RvS league I put him in.)

I would've prefered if he used the bicycle knee instead since it doesnt' involve any lifting. I like strike finishers, sue me. Lariats, Superkicks, shining wizards, hell, even the big boot to the face.

Jacking the combo wasn't enough. I was thinking the same thing. For someone who the IWC seems to think is god of wrestling, he sure does steal a lot of moves. Well you hafta remember, every single person on here watches Japanese wrestling. /sarcasm

Oh yes because everybody who watches WWE also watches ROH, how silly of me Seriously, the moves get a reaction, relax. Otherwise we have to call out Londrick, Shelton Benjamin, and Johnny Nitro on using the superkick.

no one gives a s*** in the US about japanese wrestling (outside of a tiny smark community)so its fine for Punk to use that move
