I can't believe Punk just did that! I'm marking out so hard! I was shocked. I mean, he ripped off KENTA once already. Of course, I will laugh like a madman if KENTA does the Pepsi Plunge next time he goes to ROH. |

only if it's Arik Cannon i mean, i marked for MVP doing an Emerald Fusion, it doesn't really matter to me if American wrestlers use Japanese maneuvers. especially in the WWE, where those fans will NEVER see those moves anyway. I dunno. I dont think we, as a whole, give the common WWE fan enough credit. After all, I hate TNA, have watched about 2 ROH matches ever and have no need to ever see another, and barely even watch WWE anymore, and don't watch puro unless it has guys like Hansen, Vader, Lyger, Muta, Hogan, etc....but I knew exactly what "Go 2 Sleep" is and where it came from. Sure, its only because someone posted about Kenta's version here a few months ago, but its not like we're the ONLY internet forum around. People have ways of seeing things. The average audience WWE caters to is not the IWC. The majority of WWE fans who actually attend shows are not smarks. Sometimes the smarks are the most vocal ones but when people say WWE fans have never seen moves from Japan...it's true. I know I marked out for the Go2Sleep on Nitro. It's a good looking move and unlike the FU actually looks like it can knock someone the F out (especially the way KENTA does it). |

what are we complaining about? Every move we see is stolen. VERY VERY few are original moves. Should we crap on Little Guido for using the Fujiwara armbar, or ANYONE for doing a facewash, or JBL for stealign the lariat? Come on peoples, lets just enjoy the show (or not, your choice) and not disect every single move to comment on.

Yeah good point on Batista (Or Lashley, or Cena, or just about anyone else you might mention) That right there pretty much implicates the average WWE fan. That, and signs that just have a wrestlers name on it. And all that DX merchandise they buy. I hate to sound elitist, but they don't exactly come short when it comes to providing ammunition. |

Yeah, why do we not have the Go 2 Sleep, but eight billion variations on the scoop slam, exactly? We did get a new Snow plow and That Cool Double Knee Gut buster Jamie Noble has used the gutbuster before. You just never see it anymore because Velocity was canceled and he's never on Smackdown. Anyway, not only did I MTFO for the Go 2 Sleep, but I was shocked that it got a pin. I figured they'd sell it as "just a knee to the face" and Nitro would kick out. |

Ya know, I said to myself last night "If this was ANYONE else besides Punk, everyone would cry about the move being stolen from Japan". I also said to myself that I should prepare for the oncoming internet orgasm, because Punk successfully had the exact same match he's had since his debut, but he added one new move in. Right on both counts! Oh well, at least I enjoyed RVD/Thorn, and Snitsky kicking the mexican infants around like he likes to do. What? They WERENT infants? Hey, I complained about it! =P To be honest I didn't really mind, I just felt like I'd have been amiss if I didn't complain anyway...it seemed like the right thing to do. You know, IWC and all...hehe |

It doesn't bother me. I mean, any move that is good will be stolen and used by some else at some time. As long as it isn't turned into a joke I don't see the big deal with it.
