So with 2008 over and honestly the less discussion of TNA in 2008 the better. I hope that TNA will finally come to their senses and take the company to what it should be a push talent like AJ, Joe, MCMG, LAX, Abyss, Christopher Daniels and save the X and the Knockouts Divisions, which should me a major draw on your show and not be put on the backbuner.
Also get rid of all the dead weight of Kip James, Sting, Angle, Steiner and Booker and maybe sign some top indy wrestlers like Claudio or McGuiness or some ex-WWE who could add to the product like London, Elijah, or Cade and Murdoch.
Also enough of the stupid comedy skits like those lame Angle Alliance ones, comedy is fine in wrestling but too much lately especially the Palin ones as well, also do less gimmick matches which have dominated TNA since moving to Spike. Oh and another thing kill the character of Suicide, just let it die it'll benefit no one at all not fans, not the product, and especially not the man behind the mask.
I do want good things from TNA, because I want an interesting product apart from WWE and they do have some really good talent they just need to book them better and have real feuds and burying people in yet another contrived stable wars.

Something from TNA just has to win this year my bets are on Suicide or the Main Event Mafia.

So is this worse than WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 for the Wii? Because that was truely awful probaly the worst game I've played since either Attitude or In Your House, actually scratch that it was worse than that.

whoever it is they should be fired, one of the worst stables ever.
I cared more about the Spirit Squad than these guys.

So with the Suicide thread I was wondering what does everyone think was the worst thing in TNA in 2008. I feel it either has to be the MEM-Frontline feud, Samoa Joe's title run or "from the TNA Video game" Suicide.
Honestly I haven't been watching TNA as much this year especially after Lockdown and honestly just to me this has been the worst year in TNA that I've ever seen, just terrible!
edit: blah, posted in the wrong forum please move.

Man this MEM stuff is really dragging and uninteresting. Why can't TNA stop doing stables, their not good at making them cool. MEM is just the next Planet Jarrett, Christian Coalition or Angle Alliance.

major boos to Still Waiting!
I mean that movie dosen't need a sequel at all. Especially with no Ryan Reynolds, Anna Faris, Justin Long and David Koechner. The first movie was a full movie with no need for a sequel. Plus those two bimbos on the cover give my cold shills like it'll turn into a terrible spoof movie like Epic Movie which would suck really bad.
Plus if your going to have bimbos in a movie stick with just porn, looking at you American Pie sequels!

Are we talking the Roald Dahl "Fantastic Mr Fox"? Because if so yes. It was one of my all time favourite books as a child Yeah, it's going to be an animated film done in the fashion of stop motion animation similar to the underwater life in the Life Aquatic.

I guess it's cool to have a sequel except I don't think it's really necessary. I felt the remake stood on it's own merits and the only thing I didn't like was that the person playing Jamie Lee Curtis' character from the original just didn't seem strong, or interesting enough. But the origin of Micheal Myers was cool and honestly his remake was one of the better horror movies in a long time.

I honestly think he's one of the better dictors of the last 15 years and hasn't made a bad movie in my opinion. Bottle Rocket was a very good first film, Rushmore is probaly one of the best movies of the nineties, Royal Tenanbaums was a fantastic movie, Life Aquatic was cool for all it's fantasy aspects especially with the underwater life which was phenomenal and the plot was good, and Darjeeling Limited in my opinion was his best movie since Rushmore. But what do you people think?
edit: Is anyone else excited for his next movie The Fantastic Mr Fox?

So this seems like it might be a very dark day in the history of the GOP. For one thing it looks like Barack Obama will probably beat John McCain and a less reported story is that the Dem's can get 60 in the senate thus decreasing the odds of a filibuster and allowing them to get a lot of their legislation through. Really amazing as back in 2002 the GOP looked unstoppable and the Democrats seemed like a party who had no clue what it was doing and looked like the next Whig Party.
As my opinion they kind of deserve it for all the crap they tried to do but at the same time I really don't want the Democrats to run the country, I'd perfer both parties to die so we could get real change.

WWE.com are advertising a Casket Match featuring The Undertaker on SmackDown this week, but say he has a mystery opponent - well, local advertising in San Diego says that he's facing The Big Show in the Casket Match. There's also Rey Mysterio versus Kane in a steel cage match, but that's almost certainly a dark match special attraction for local fans to come and see Rey's homecoming. Meh, I'm still hoping it's Sid. In fact I hope when ever there is a big mystery opponent it's always Sid.

Man she looked awful last night. I mean it looked like Mickie was at least 4 moths pregnant on Raw with her big pot belly. Man she use to be really hot especially when she was Alexis Laree or when she was Mickie the psycho. Maybe it's just her horse hormones effecting her who knows.
But Mickie is not hot, at least not anymore.

I think tonight show was away to get new fans up to date on the current storylines. Do anyone else think we may see a return of Triple XXX?? AJ has been dropping Ki and Daniels name alot lately. Could TNA get have XXX to join Joe and Styles against MEM?? Yeah I was hoping Daniels was going to return and help get MEM out of the ring but unfortunately that didn't happen. This feud has to be about Legends not helping TNA and are all about raiding money and protecting their spot vs. young guys that helped TNA a company worth discussing when the legends were making big bucks in WWE or were sitting on their asses collecting money from Time Warner. Anyone that knows anything about TNA knows Styles, Daniels and to lesser extent Joe is what TNA was all about which was a showcase for the young workers that were good but wouldn't get looked by WWE and not a reirement farm for legends, thats what WCW was. Which is why all the MEM run in's made it god awful terrible.

At first this Impact seemed good like the Bashir/Lethal match and the hilarious promo with Book, but than we got saturated with legends, way too many backstage crap that dosen't matter (Taylor Wilde promo, Rhino/Bashir confrontation) oh and it really seemed to get terrible with that convoluted tag team title match and nothing clicked after that. Just disappointing and also why does it seem like TNA has a roster of 12 men for a two hour show because all the same people popped up for almost no reason!
Not bashing TNA but there is a reason WWE dosen't see you as competition because your not.
Oh and as the "big announcement" goes it makes sense I guess but kind of disappointing but still Foley is a major upgrade to Jim Cornette and should make TNA better.
