Harry Potter. Lord of the Rings. Just didn't like 'em. Mostly Lord of the Rings. I find them very boring. Pretty much any and everything that Tarantino has done. Excluding Pulp Fiction..I love that movie. Weird.

Ahem... Any Star - movie. I'm not in that kind of sci-fi. Harry Potter. Comparing the Rowling's saga to Tolkien is like comparing crap with Nutella. Overhyped blockbuster, dime-a-dozen children books/movies. Lord of the Rings, the Two Towers. Too much to bear. Long battles in CGI tend to get boring, despite being breathtaking in the book. Superhero movies. I loathe SH comics, I can't find a good reason to like a 90 minutes adaptation on the silver screen. Action movies. A couple of men save the world with their bare hands, or with ONE piece of equipment. Tons of explosions and cheap combat... Meh Forrest Gump: an idiot lucks out at life, despite not understanding a thing of what happens to him. What's the message exactly? Preachy, PC cartoons. Kids don't care about political correctness, hell, they don't even know what it is. So stop throwing them messages they don't get. Give 'em the good old Black v White struggle. Anything with Hugh Grant. 100 movies, 1 role: the lovable nerd/goofball who'll end up with a hot chick for no good reason. lol so i take it you dont like any movies then. Still plenty of stuff I like... Dystopic sci-fi, drama, (non cheap) comedies, sports flicks, thrillers...

I don't like It's a Wonderful Life... when I say that, I tend to get looks like I deliberately stomped on a blind kitten.

Trainspotting Possibly Ewan Mcgregor's only bad film. I didn't get that movie either. All I could think about it was "Ok, I get it, they really like drugs and stuff"

Btw could you give me an example of Dystopic sci-fi, I just dont know what it means. 1984 is probably the most known dystopia. Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, 12 Monkeys etc are other good examples. Probably Blade Runner is in as well... Dystopia [greek dys+topos=bad/difficult place] depicts an alternative future where society had evolved to something undesirable for today's standards.

Blade Runner. I know the point was to make an artsy, sci-fi film that had an underlying "this is what society will become" message, but in my opinion, it was a film that a university student could have put out with a bigger budget.

The Shrek films. The first one wasn't so bad, but it wasn't the tour de force it was made out to be. The next two were just dull as dirt.
Rocky Horror- minus the songs, which I love. The film itself isn't all that amusing.

Was Moulin Rogue a beloved movie?
Because I can't stand that load. And I paid money to see "Chicago".
Also Titanic.

Garden State was perhaps one of the most boring movies I've ever seen. This is a guy who stayed awake through Manos.
